Sarah's pov

I looked at him with a frown. Suddenly, my heartbeat stopped because his words sounded a bit annoying. I then pushed him away and backed my body away from him more casually.

Sometimes, I found Ethan's attitude overconfident, even though it was natural considering he was handsome, intelligent, and rich. He had it all, and that was even more annoying. But it's most annoying when he seems to act like everything is centered on him, whether because he's acting in jest or seriously.

"It's so hard to deal with you, Ethan." I meant it, looking at him while folding my arms to stare at him observantly.
