Sarah POV

“Good morning, Miss Sarah. How are you today?” The doctor who regularly manages my pregnancy greeted me with her usual friendly demeanor.

I smiled in response. “I’m good, Doctor,” I replied, pulling a chair across from her.

The doctor began by reviewing my previous pregnancy reports. “Any complaints recently, Miss? How’s your pregnancy going?” she asked, briefly meeting my gaze before returning to the documents.

Lately, there haven't been as many issues as the first and second trimesters. Both those stages were incredibly challenging. In the first trimester, I lost a lot of weight, which caused Ethan to panic.

During the second trimester, though the severe nausea had subsided, my body still took a long time to adjust.

But now, I could smile and answer, “No complaints, Doctor. Everything’s been fine with the pregnancy lately, though it’s getting a bit hard to move around.”

The doctor smiled again. “That’s because the baby is growing healthily, and the weight has increased.”
