As soon as they finished eating together, Sarah did not show herself again, to the point that I am sure she must also be busy with Edmund this time. The little boy stole his mother from me, so now, whatever it is and wherever it is, Edmund is her priority, and my position has shifted.

"Master want me to prepare tea?" Emy asked me.

I shook my head. I had originally planned to go back to work for a while, but this time, I canceled my intention. "No need. Where did you see Sarah?"

"Miss Sarah is in Mr. Edmund's room, sir. she was putting him to sleep." Emy replied immediately.

I thought she must be there. I remember telling her to get used to Edmund going to his own bedroom; after all, Edmund was old enough, but Sarah said she couldn't bear it and would stay with him until Edmund fell asleep.

I then moved there, walking to the room next to mine. "Is he asleep?" I asked Sarah just as I entered Edmund's room.

I walked up to her even though I hugged him from behind. Looking at our
