Alex's Pov

Seeing her right in front of me, I now felt so satisfied. Earlier, I saw her smiling and greeting me sarcastically, as if she was so sure I had done this to her. She could not be this calm if she thought she would be in danger. It was all because she was waiting for me.

"How are you, Sarah?" I pulled the wooden chair closer and sat right before her. "I'm sorry for keeping you waiting. You know this place is quite far to travel, but I tried to arrive as quickly as possible for you."

Noticing that face with a stern expression and piercing eyes towards me was amusing. I had never been so excited since the last time I saw her. Now that her hands were tied behind the chair, I helped her tidy up the hairs in front of her that were trying to prick her eyes. "So, how are you happy?" I tilted my head, trying to see her face more clearly.

Just then, the sexy-looking woman with her more stern demeanor swore at me. I smiled at her as if it was not my problem. I wasn't offended at all.
