Ethan's POV

Seeing her unconscious like this, my panic only grew. I hurriedly carried her out of there and rushed to the car, heading straight to the hospital.

"Sarah, wake up. Please, Sarah," I called out her name with desperate hope, praying that she'd hear me and open her eyes.

But Sarah gave no response—no slight movement to indicate she was okay. Not a single groan escaped her lips. Her eyes remained closed, her mouth silent. There was no change from her earlier condition when she fell into my arms, and we tumbled to the ground.

"Please, someone help her! My wife... she lost consciousness after the fall," I pleaded to a nurse who approached us.

They gave me a brief glance before focusing on Sarah's condition. Quickly, they placed her on a gurney and wheeled her into the emergency room. They began conducting rapid checks to diagnose her condition.
