Sarah's POV

“It’s raining outside, do you want to watch something?” Ethan entered the room carrying a tray of snacks.

I glanced at the tray and saw its contents. For a moment, I felt disappointed because the snacks I had hoped for were savory chips with a bit of spice. Still, instead, he brought me an assortment of berries, other fruit slices, and smoothies. He really has no tolerance for what I want to eat.

But he had a point; I have not been good at controlling my cravings lately. If I gave in, I would eat anything that looked tempting. Thankfully, Ethan is pretty strict about it, and he brings me back to my senses. After all, this is for Kenari’s sake. He shouldn’t be eating unhealthy food from my stomach.
