Chapter 68

"Why did you tell My Dad? Did you intentionally want to embarrass me? And Juna was there too."

Arka seemed to be furious that Naya had told her father-in-law and Juna about her husband's bad behavior. But even so, Naya didn't regret doing all that. 

Don't blame Naya, it's all because of Arka too. Who told her to have a bodyguard watch her. 

"Why, I'm just speaking the facts. You're annoying yourself anyway. I told you I didn't want a bodyguard but you insisted. So don't blame me if I complain to your papa."

Before Arka could protest again, the doorbell suddenly rang. Naya immediately walked to the door to open it.

You can see how surprised Naya was when she found out that the person who had just come to her house was Jenny. The woman she had always disliked.

Jenny? What did she come to her house for? Naya thought.

Without guessing, you already know how Naya responded to Jenny's arrival. She was snappy instead of inviting her into the house.

"Jenny, what did you come here for?" Naya asked in a snappy tone. Let's not forget the woman's displeased look as she stared at Jenny.

"Jenny? You call me Jenny? I'm older than you, you're supposed to call me sis," Jenny said but Naya didn't respond.

"Okay, ignore the nickname. I came here to see Arka and visit you. Don't you want to let me in?"

Before Naya could respond to Jenny's question, Arka had already arrived. Because Naya had been at the door for so long, Arka was curious about who had come to their house. That was the reason why he approached Naya.

Just like Naya's reaction earlier, Arka also looked surprised at Jenny's arrival at his house. In his heart, the man asked why Jenny came to his house? Especially since it was late at night.

"Jenny, what are you doing here?"

You can see how Jenny is smiling at Arka's arrival. Without permission, the woman went straight inside, approached Arka and stood in front of her. Seeing that of course made Naya upset.

Let alone Jenny, her friend would be annoyed if she just walked into her house without permission.

"Arka, I came here to see you. In the two days you haven't taught, the campus has felt very empty. That's why I came here to see you," Jenny told Arka.

"Is that all? Didn't you say you wanted to see me too? What did you bring? Someone who wants to visit should bring something," Naya said.

"I forgot to buy you fruit or something. I just brought Arka's favorite cookies," Jenny replied casually.

Naya glanced at the paperbag Jenny was currently carrying. Judging from the writing on the paperbag, it seemed that Arka's favorite cake was the only one she had brought. The name of the shop could be seen because Naya often bought cakes there for her husband.

"Do you want to see me or my husband?"

Feeling very annoyed, Naya chose to leave Jenny and her husband at the door. She walked into the house with an annoyed expression.

"Jenny, what did you come here for?"

"Was it unclear what I said earlier? I wanted to see you and visit your wife."

"It's late, it's time to rest so you'd better go home."

"But Arka, I've come a long way. At least take me inside, let me drink for a while and then I'll go home."

"This is a house not a cafe, if you want to drink find somewhere else." Right after saying this, Arka immediately pulled Jenny's hand out of her house.

As soon as she got Jenny out, the man went back inside the house and locked it. Jenny knocked on the door several times but Arka didn't care.

"Have you met yet? Why SO fast? Where's Jenny?" Naya asked when she saw her husband enter the living room alone. She glanced behind her husband, searching for Jenny.

"Going home."

"Home? Why so soon?"

"Then how long do you want her here?"

Naya just shrugged her shoulders in ignorance.

"I'm not like you who likes it when men come over."

"What do you mean?" Naya asked in a displeased tone. She felt that he was being sarcastic.

"Still not clear? You always take it well when Zack comes to you. You did that without thinking about me. Thinking about how I'd feel if I saw you guys. Unlike me, I don't like Jenny. I also don't like being with other women besides you for too long. Because of what? Because I realize my status, and I also want to protect your feelings." 

"Nay, my possessive nature is not without reason. I'm just afraid of losing you. My jealousy is also not without reason. I'm jealous because I love you so much. Jealousy can also be interpreted as a symbol of love. I'm jealous means I love.  But I don't know about you. You never seem jealous of me, either because you're too relaxed or it's just me here who loves you so much that you underestimate my jealousy. "Right after saying this, Arka immediately continued his steps towards the room.

Naya, who was almost annoyed to feel insinuated, immediately fell silent. She silently contemplated everything her husband had said to her just now.

Was it true that she couldn't take care of her husband's feelings? Is it true that just because she accidentally met Zack made her husband that jealous? Naya thought.

For some reason, Naya immediately realized. She regretted underestimating her husband's jealousy.

Arka's words last night kept making Naya think. Naya felt that everything her husband said last night was an expression of his frustration with her. 

"Did I take it too lightly? Was I too mean to take his jealousy too far?"

Instantly that feeling of guilt came up. Plus since last night Arka's attitude had become very indifferent to her. For example, just this morning. Her husband took permission to go to his father's office. For the time being, during the suspension period, Arka will be working in his father's office to fill his spare time. This morning when she was about to leave for the office, her husband said goodbye without turning to her. It was as if he refused to look at her. Not even breakfast.

"Have I really gone too far with Arka? Oh my God, how could I."

Really, Naya felt so guilty. She wanted to see her husband right now to apologize but she couldn't do that. She had to stay at home to take care of Kenzo because the weather outside was also not good.

Not wanting to continue feeling guilty, Naya tried to contact her husband. But none of her calls were picked up. It seemed like Arka was really angry with her this time.
