Elena’s POV

As days went by, Alex and I got closer, our love blossoming like a garden in spring. We spent our days exploring the city, sometimes Alex would get busy with work and most times we would laugh and joke like we were in our world.

One evening Alex took me to a rooftop terrace overlooking the city skyline. The sun was setting, casting a golden glow over everything. He pulled me close, his eyes burning with desire.

“Elena from the moment I met you, I knew you were special”, he whispered, his voice husky with emotion. “You light up my world in ways I never thought was possible”.
