Elena’s POV

We arrived at the coffee shop and sat down in a quiet corner. Phila raised an eyebrow. "You're enjoying this, aren't you?"

I shrugged. "Maybe a little. But it's necessary."

As we waited, Mr. Johnson walked in, looking frantically around the coffee shop. His eyes landed on us, and he paled.

"Elena?" he whispered, his voice trembling. "What's going on? Why are you doing this?"

I smiled, gesturing for him to sit down. "Let's just say I'm taking matters into my own hands, Mr. Johnson. And you're going to help me."

Mr. Johnson sat down, his eyes darting back and forth between Phila and me. "What do you need, Elena?" he asked, his voice cautious.

I smiled, leaning forward. "I need you to help me, Mr. Johnson. Just like you helped my uncle throw me out of the house."

Mr. Johnson's expression turned cold. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said, but I could see the guilt written all over his face.
