Was Alex the man I thought he was? Or was he hiding secrets behind his charming facade?

I tried to push Rachel’s harsh words out of my mind, focusing on the love and happiness Alex brought into my life.

That night, Alex took me to a lavish charity gala, and I felt like a princess in his arms.
