Logan’s POVThe tension was thick as I reached the gate, there were about twenty wolves standing outside the walls. Who was this pack? This unexpected visit made me worry about Veronica’s safety. Veronica’s POVThe next morning I woke up feeling a bit tired and worn out. Getting dressed, Maya knocked on the door wishing to enter. Veronica’s POVThe next morning tiredness didn’t want to let go of me, exhaustion seemed to sink in deeper with each yawn. Rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I stood up from the comfort of my bed.
