Chad’s POV

On the drive back to the house my mind felt foggy, and I was sure that I was forgetting something. I looked in the rear mirror and I could see James with his head down. It looked like he was mind-linking someone. I decided I would ask him about it later, for some reason my wolf did not like the girl beside me. I tried asking him why, but for some reason he seemed too weak to communicate with me. I knew that should worry me so why am I ok with it? I looked over that the brunet next to me and she smiled. My mind was telling me that I was in love with this girl, yet my heart was not reacting at all. I felt like I was on auto pilot.
