Chapter 6 - A Surprise In The Condo

"Katie..." I almost shout when I heard a sudden noise inside my room and when I open my eyes, I was shocked.

"Mom..." I happily said while getting up into my bed and hug them one by one, kuya is here too.

"Dad..."

"Kuyaaa." I shouted because he spin me again on the air.

"Larry... Stop it." Daddy said so Kuya Larry put me into bed.

"Have you eat breakfast? Come, I will cook for you." I proudly said but Kuya just laugh.

"You know how to cook?" He asked while still laughing.

"Of course Kuya! I know how to cook! I'm not like you duuhh!" I ran into the kitchen but there's already a food on the table.

"Let's have our breakfast my babies." Mommy said and then we sat on the table, kuya lead the prayer.

"Kuya and me are going to the freedom park later." I said then Mommy looks curious.

"Where is the freedom park Katie?" Mommy asked.

"Quezon City, beside the mall, the one who have bus station." I said and then Mom know where is it already.

"Aww, I'm so proud of you... You know how to walk alone here baby." Kuya sarcastically said and then he laughed.

"Why do you keep on bullying me?!" I shouted but he just smiled and eat his breakfast, Mom was beside me and he just can't help herself from laughing.

"Mommy, kuya oh." I shout then kuya ran, good thing Kiko barked.

"Mommy." Kuya scarely said.

"You have dog already Katie?" Mommy asked.

"Yuh, I bought him last week, he's so cute right. He's the one who am I reffering too when we got our video call." I said then carry my little Kiko, I make him face Kuya, so Kuya ran. Afraid of little dogs.

"Kuya, he's not biting you, come here." I said as he walk slowly towards us and little Kiko.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah, just hold him here." I just pointed my fingers on his back.

"I'll go to Mommy." I said then get inside Mom and Dad's room.

"Mommy." I sweetly called her.

"My Princess, come, Mommy's taking a bath." Daddy said so I come near him.

"Daddy, I miss you." I said then hugged him.

"Me too baby, how do you spend your everyday life here?" Daddy asked and then I smiled.

"I spend my day here in rehearsing new songs, reading lines from the play, promoting on TV and vlogging." I told him

"Oh my goodness! I am so proud of you." He said before Mom get out of the bathroom.

"Katie." Mommy called me.

"Mommy, I'm so happy that you are here." I said then hugged her too.

"Yuh but we will only stay here for 2 weeks, just for your play baby." She said then I feel a little bit sad.

"I feel sad." I said.

"Yuh, we know but that's only the alloted time our bosses gave us." Mommy said then she caressed my back.

"Haayy, okay. I'm going to treasure this 2 weeks instead." I said then hugged them both.

"Mom, you want to come with me and kuya in Freedom Park later?" I asked them, it's more fun when we're complete.

"How me and you Dad want to but you need to spend time with your brother only, we can go out on some other time." Mommy thought me the importance of having time with your other sibling.

"Kuya, let's go." I shouted then my little puppy come to me.

"Wait a minute. I'm going to change my clothes." He said while me, I put a light makeup.

"Katie... Do you have schedule today?" Gabrielle asked while we're talking on the phone.

"Ah yeah, my family is here." I said.

"Oh my god! Can I come later?" She asked me.

"Yuh! Of course." I said.

"I'm not going to bother you today, I'll promote alone and then come over your condo at night." I thanked her cause she's not going to bother me today, Direct gave us a break but didn't say that we have a lot of promotions to be done.

"Kuya." I called my brother, he sprayed a perfume and fix his hair.

"You're so feeling handsome." I said then laughed.

"Arrghh! You're so attitude Katie Megan." He said then he pouted.

"Stop that face, you're not cute with that!" I said then we finally go out of my condo.

"Katie, you have boyfriend?" He asked then I looked at him.

"I don't have, why Kuya?" I asked him.

"Nothing. I'm just curious. I saw in the news you are linked with your talent producer named Nicko Balbuena." He said and my eyes get wide because of it.

"Whut?" I asked in frustration.

"I said your linked with your talent producer." He repeated.

"No, I mean, where and when did you get that news?" I scarely said, what if something happened again? Am I not going to continue my career? No! I love being a theatre actress.

"Today, a little bit earlier, I guess 6 in the morning." He said as we walk towards the park.

"It's not true. We just shoot a vlog yesterday. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less." I said then we sat on the bench.

"How about you and Enrique?" He asked and then I rolled my eyes.

"Do we have a relationship in the past? I guess no." I said then he pitch my nose.

"You're so cute, come I'll buy an ice cream for you." He said then come near the ice cream vendor.

"Here is for you, and here is for me." He said then handed me a cone of ice cream.

"Thank you Kuya. So sweet of you." I said then he just smiled.

"Of course, you're my only sister so I love you." He said.

"You kuya, do you have girl?" I asked and then he smirked.

"You're blushing." I said then laugh.

"Yeah, I have." He confidently said.

"Really? What's her name?" I asked.

"She is Celina, she's a guitarist on a famous band on Canada." He said, I guess we're going to fit with each other.

"Oh! That's nice! Introduce her to me! I excitedly said.

"Yah! Sure!"

"Can you tell me some spoiler on your new play?" Kuya asked me.

"How I want to but I'm so sorry Kuya... I can't." I said because that's the number one rule on the play we cannot tell our family what's happening on the play.

"Okay... I understand, who are you on the play?" He asked.

"I'm Princess Alleana." I responded.

"And Princess Aleiahe?" He asked.

"My friend.... Gabrielle." I said.

"I want to meet her. I like her name." He said then I hit his arms.

"Hey! I thought you have a girl in Canada?" I asked.

"Yeah. But I only want Gabrielle to be my friend, that's all Katie, can you do that favor for Kuya?" He asked.

"Okay, I'll do it, but please behave when you met her." I said.

"Yes, I'll behave."
