Game Over White Wolf

Peter POV. 

"I remember giving a strict order that extra charges won't be collected from outsiders who come to trade their goods. Why I'm I hearing that they have to pay thirty percent extra charges to run their business", I asked in a thunderous tone as I walked through the market. 

"The thing is, the finance minister said that's the only way to earn more revenue for us. They have no choice but to sell their material here, in the imperial market and we should take advantage of it" the guard said and I growl inwardly. 

Calming myself as I walk through the market, I had been planning a new system for the market management to help outside vendors but then I smelt it, the most beautiful scent I've ever perceived. 

'Mate', Kyle, my wolf growled, I froze in my path for a minute and looked at the path the scent was coming from. 

"Need I remind you Kyle, we don't have a mate, remember all what happened in the past; women are selfish, envious blood sucking creatures, they don't care about you as long as you please their every desire, yoi remember what happened with Cecelia, not our best time, you caugth a scent doesn't mean its mate, don't put your hopes up", I said and he argued. 

'Follow mate, Go after mate', he said before trying to force his way out showing his dissatisfaction as I relented in going after the so called "mate". 

"Kyle", I shouted and he snarled back at me. 

Going after the scent to avoid any more fight between the both of us, walked a few distance and the scent faded away and there was no sign of her, making kyle growl the more. 

This is strange, she definitely must have caught my scent too, did she not know I an the king and alpha of the mountain wolves?, or perhaps she is playing hard to get?,  well nevertheless when I find her she is gonna pay dearly. 

"King peter", Patrick  called me out of my thought. 

"What is it Patrick?, I've only left the palace for a few hours and now you are here to drag me back, or you probably miss me huh?", I said in hopes of making him laugh. 

"Ha ha ha, I wish I had that time to waste, come now, your sister is wounded and she wants to see you" he said and I raised my brows slightly before rushing down to the palace. 

"Where is she Patrick", I growled as I entered the palace. 

"She's at the medical room resting" he said and I rushed. 

"Alice", my eyes softens as I see her lay on the the bed with her hands around her stomach bump. 

"Brother", she whimpered and it was a enough to break my heart. 

Hugging her softly and examining her body, her wounds were healing slowly and she was very weak. 

"Give me a name Alice, all I need is a name and watch me demonstrate why no one should mess with the mountain wolves", I said with so much anger and every one around went cold. 

"Brother, what happened exactly is, I went shopping with one of the guards as you already know, after shopping we were coming back where out of nowhere some rogues attacked our car and then killed the guard. I fled the scene to save my self but I couldn't run for long, they caught up to me and humiliated me. They dragged me by my hair and--"

I growled hearing what she had to go through and she sighed heavily. 

"Anyways, I was pretty sure I was gonna pay a permanent visit to the moon goddess today but someone, out of nowhere threw a silver dagger that instantly killed the guy holding my hair.

And in a blink of an eye she wiped out the rest of the rogues like they were nothing,  while leaving the rest dead, she picked one and gave him a message to their boss before she made him unconscious", she said and I squint my brows and looked at Patrick who shrugged his shoulders. 

"So, did she ask for anything, Land, Jewelry, Royal support, anything materialistic?", I asked and Alice rolled her eyes. 

"I knew you  would say that but that's not the case brother, she didn't even ask for a penny, all she wanted was to make sure I was safe and then leave. She doesn't like the royals and now she hates us mountain wolves thanks to the way Patrick treated her" she said and I looked at Patrick who is now frightened. 

"Well brother you didn't see the way she fought, she was like a warrior moon goddess, I have never met a female werewolf so cool and majestic". Alice said with a dreamy look. 

"A werewolf?", i said with a great shook. 

"She brought Alice in her hands, bridal style. I asked her to stay that we'll compensate her for her goodness but she denied it, saying she only helped her because she was pregnant". Patrick said and I was more than willing to meet this mysterious wolf. 

"From all what you have told me it seems like she despise mountain wolves talkless of royals or is it a way to gain our attention?" I asked. 

"Well that's because Patrick insulted her and in the few moment I spent with her, you'd know she's a prideful lady. I don't know if she has a past offender of rouges but she said something to the rogue she kept conscious. She said when anyone asks you who did it, tell them the white wolf did",  she said and Patrick who was drinking some juice coughed before looking at me. 

"White wolf, she's the white wolf?,  I don't know if you know but rumor has it that she has killed more than three hundred rogues alone", Patrick said and Alice eyes widened. 

"So in summary a girls comes and save Alice from the claws of the rogues, that I am grateful for. However this  girl tells a rogue to tell anyone who asks him that the white wolf did it. She is definitely a rogue her self but she doesn't smell like one and she doesn't like royal" I said and both Alice and Patrick nodded to my summary. 

"Well I don't know who this white wolf is and why she has killed more than 300 rogues but its game over for her. Patrick put some guards out to search for her and make sure the best guards are protecting my sister", I gave the order she still thinking about this mysterious wolf.
