"Let's just go." I tried to pull him away from that place immediately, but Alex let go of my hand and held his arm.

He only glanced at me with an expression that puzzled me, then went back to picking out the items there.

His attitude annoyed me. He constantly circled this place, looking for the gift he wanted to give Sarah. I was overlooked, as I had been walking with him since earlier.
