Bouche Du Mer

It was about to reach dusk.

Celestine got down from Storm, the horse, and skulked to the gate of Moustache's mansion. She knocked the gate three times with a pause.

She peeked into the hole. Storm stood behind her and he bent his head down to follow Celestine.

She saw a man in black ragged suits and wearing a ragged hat in the front yard, taking care of the garden. ‘He’s Moustache in disguise.’

She cleared her throat to catch the man’s attention.

The man gazed at the gate.

"The Shadow from the East is surrounded by some clouds, the tornado will come probably." She paused, taking a long breath. "Afraid of being caught by the dinosaur king."

A pair of eyes appeared and peeked in the hole.

"What??? Is he just ancient or about to extinct?" It was Moustache. He asked those men, guarding and helping him to open the gate and took the horse to the stable.

"It wasn't enraptured prose as the password." Moustache complained as both of them walked to the mansion. He sighed.

"My existence could be ancient if..." Celestine looked at him, frowning. "he can't be dismissed to marry me, Moustache. I will be one of baby dolls inside his kingdom."

Celestine sighed.

"I hate to imagine it." She uttered.

They walked into the lounge room and wanted to discuss the problem, the mist had flooded inside the mind of Celestine.

“King Dragon pushed your uncle to announce the engagement with you?”

Moustache took a sword from the wall and threw one to Celestine.

She caught the sword, making a nod to Moustache’s question.

She turned around but it was one of her tactics to attack Moustache beyond his awareness.

He perfectly bounced back a few steps and could encounter the sword attack on his neck.

Their swords sounded clattering each other as they both practiced.

“If you reject his proposal it means you will be ready to take a revolution.” Moustache pushed the sword to Celestine’s chest but she delayed the attack, holding back it with her sword.

Moustache took two steps to give her some intensely attacks.

Celestine tried to pull those attacks, she held her breath at the moment Moustache bounced down the sword in her hand.

“Do I have a choice?”

She took the sword from the floor and gave it back to Moustache.

“He’s sort of King with obsession of power controlling.”

She seated and grabbed the glass the female attendant of the mansion had prepared on the table.

“You know how it will effect to our kingdom, if I agree with him, to be one of his mistresses? My father is still being isolated for his health issue.” Stopping to drink, coldly throwing her sight away.

“It means that I surrender the kingdom fate to a tyrant King, after the kingdom will be taken away from King Othello, my step uncle.” Celestine rose from the seat and walked to the window. Standing there. “The ambition of my step uncle, could make savor of resentment.”

Moustache took a deep breath. “What is your plan?”

Celestine scoffed and breathed in more deep inhale. “I need to play with time to make some delays.”

Moustache wiped his chin after hearing it. “Delays only make your uncle taking your father’s power for his own throne longer than we expected.”

Celestine hit the stare at Moustache. “I will run from the kingdom while we think about the strategy, how to take people’s power against my step uncle. We can strategize the attack while I am in my hidden place, away from King Dragon’s ears and radar.”

She vacuumed a fresh air. “There must be reason why my father, built The Squad. You know about it, Moustache.”

Moustache turned his head. “The Squad is the most loyal men of the king. We’re prepared to die for this kingdom, king Victor and his family members to our last drip of blood.”

He rose. “Since the king is not available to communicate with us, we are standing by your side, Princess Celestine, we are ready to take your commands.”

Celestine stared at him without any blinks. There was dusty clouds in her eyes. “I don’t have many words to say but I do appreciate it with all my heart.” Her voice sounded wavering as her heart wanted to jump in hearing Moustache’s confession. She just gulped to realize.

“What is your advice for me? To delay saying yes for King Dragon’s proposal?”

Moustache smiled at her. “A special recipe to change your destiny. Bouche du Mer….”

Celestine grinned. “Sound great!”
