Aunt Gomez's pov

I paced about the pack hospital, feeling stressed to my bones.

We'd left the crime scene and had been here for over an hour now without word from the doctors…

I looked at my phone and read the text message over and over again, practically going crazy.

My heart was racing and my body was covered in goosebumps, my legs were also weak, I might as well be in the ICU too with all of these symptoms.

Sitting still felt like a chore and so did standing. I felt like I didn't own my body.
