I wasn’t going to actually drink from Mother, but as soon as her blood hit my tongue, I took two quick mouthfuls. Her blood has always had that sweetness to it that I have never found anywhere else. I’m not sure if it is because she is a werewolf or if she is connected to my father or what… I just don’t know.
With my mouth full of her blood, I seal my bite and then leave. I place the small vial that Trinity gave me to my lips and let Mother's blood out of my mouth and into the vial. I then place the cap on it and put it in my pocket, joining it with the one I have of mine and Emberlynn’s blood.

KIAANI watch this Finn male and the Trinity female as they make their way closer to the female lying in the bed. I watch the female and hear her whimper just as the others do; I am a little surprised when this little female, even with her eyes still closed, turns her head and seems to face where I am in the shadows as if she knew and could see that I was there. EMMA I whimper at the loss until I feel the bed move. I am then once again surrounded by his scent. Again I tilt my head, giving him more access to my neck, but again he doesn’t take the invitation. I shiver as his fingers touch my chin, spreading more tingles through me. I can’t stop the tears that shimmer in my closed eyes. I then lose my breath completely when his lips touch mine and the tingles explode. Then, just as he was there, he was gone again. For just those few moments, I felt like I was complete again. Now everything hurts and I am empty and alone once more. I drift in and out of the darkness; the pain comes and goes when all of a sudden I take a sharp breath in and sit up. I look around and see that I am in my bed, in my room, in my chambers. There is no one with me, and I place my hand over my chest and give it a gentle rub. EMMAOver the course of the next few nights, I wake before sunset and, slipping on my servant’s dress, sneak out of the castle to the other castle ruins and down into that room. I don’t know if he is a rogue or something else, but I seem to be called back to him. I feel like I am 13 again and I am sneaking out of my cell and then out of the Master's chambers to go and see Ali in her room in the servant's quarters.He never says anything to me and it is always when I am about to leave that he seems to give in to himself and grab me, sinking his fangs into my neck. KIAANI can feel the evil in the male standing in front of me and smirk. I can do a lot with this village and the evil males I can feel all around me.
