HAXILLA'S POV

[Did Selena talked to you again?] Britanny asked.

"Not yet, it's been two months since our last talk."

[She already knew it. What are you going to do now?]

"Hmm, I don't know. Just like what Raven said, we let her be alone, but..." I looked at the photos that sent by someone we don't know, "... someone sent me a photo that she's always with Jacob Morelli."

[Morelli? Wade told me that he's the CEO of the other company, which is their enemy.]

"Yeah, Raven told that to me also when this email arrived at us. But, why they're together in the first place? It's chaos when this rumours reached Jaxon."

[Even Jaxon is out of reach, he didn't answer any of Wade's call. I'm worried about the fact that Selena is with Jacob because she wants to forget Jaxon for the mean time.]

"Selena is not that kind of girl, you know it."

[Yes, but who knows? Everyone can change.]

"Is that Britanny?"

I looked at my back and Nanny Karen is standing there, "Nann—I mean, Mom."

[Can I talk to Nanny Karen? I miss her.]

"Alright," I gave the phone to Nanny Karen, she stared at it first, confused why I'm giving the phone to her, "Britanny wants to talk to you." She nods and get the phone from my hands.

Someone pressed the doorbell, I walked straight to the door and my eyes widened when I saw Selena.

"What are you doing here? Are you okay?"

She just looked at me, "Where's Ms. Karen?" she asked, that made my heart thump loudly. Did she found out everything already? Is that the reason why she's avoiding us?

"S-she's inside," I uttered and opened the door widely to let her in. She walked straight to our house, she met Raven that is on his way to the hospital. He walked closer to me and whispered, "What she's doing here?"

"She is looking for Nanny Karen," I looked at him, my hands are trembling because of nervousness, "Do you think she found everything now?"

He sighed, "We don't know. Let her be, this also you want, that she needs to found everything by her own."

"I regret that. By the way, go to the hospital now, I can handle everything here if something happened."

He kissed my forehead and get to his car. I'm holding my hands tightly, hoping that Selena can accept everything without leaving us. It's hard for her, for sure, but this is her fate. Fate made by the family of the man that she loved the most.

KAREN'S POV

"Nanny Karen?"

I slowly put down the phone when I heard that voice from my back. She remembered me now, finally, my little angel. I stood up, her blank eyes met mine, she didn't change at all, she's still beautiful like she has always been.

My hands automatically caress her soft face, "S-Serena..."

"Can we talk? I have many questions for you," she said, and I nod at her, "Let's go in another place."

Haxilla entered and holds Serena's arm, "You can talk here," she smiled, her eyes are tearing up and feel defeated when Serena removed her hands. She looked at me, "I'm waiting at the car," her eyes land again on Haxilla before she continues to walk.

"Everything will be fine, hmm?" I wiped her tears and hugged her, "Wait me here, it will not take long."

"Order everything you want," she said while doing some business on her phone.

"Just a lemon tea," I said to the waitress, when she gets our order, she walked away, and it's the time for me to start to talk her. I was about to say something, but she speaks first.

"Where are you for over ten years that you disappeared like a bubble after the death of my parents?" she asked that made my eyes widened. She already knew that her parents are dead, I can't open my mouth because of shock and embarrassment. Our order arrived, and I immediately sipped on it because my throat felt dry after she asked it.

She drops her glass and leaned, "What I'd known earlier is just a part of my past and not the whole, that's why I'm talking to you right now. I need the whole story."

"I'm... inside that ten years, I don't know what exactly happened to me, but someone took care of me when I have no one to go. He let me find my son, if I found my son, he'll let me go with forever."

"Who killed my parents?"

"What?"

"The death of my parents isn't the end of my past, I feel it. There are more stories behind and after it, just tell me about it all."

I sighed and nods my head, "The persons who killed your parents, are the parents of the man you loved the most."

She leaned and crossed her arms, "What a nonsense. Do you think that I'll fall of that lie of yours?"

"It's hard to believe, right? But that's the truth, the truth that you really wanted."

"What's their reason to kill my parents? How did they know each other?"

"They're siblings, adopted siblings to be exact, they're both adopted by a couple. Their relationship was quite shaky while they're both growing, until Lerion can't handle it all and decided to move out. It's all because of jealousy."

"Lerion, where are you going? What's with that luggage? Get back inside," I said and get his luggage from his hands, I'm about to pull him inside, but he pushed me hard reason that my palm has scratches.

"I can't live with this house anymore, you only see Kristopher and never throw even a short glance at me. They only saw me if I'd done wrong, but when that bastard made a mistake they bacame blind?!" he shouted, his eyes are tearing up.

Gloria walked past to me and walked straight to Lerion, hold his shoulders, asking, "Are you sure with this?"

Lerion didn't respond at first, then he slowly nods his head. She gets Lerion's luggage and walked towards the gate.

"Are you out of your mind? You can't let him go," I said to stop them while trying to get the luggage from her hands. She walked past to me, when she got a taxi, she pushed the guy inside, and talked to the driver, "Drive him wherever he wants, here."

I pulled her hands to face me, "You literally helped him to run away! What are we going to do if her parents will look for him?"

"They will not look for him."

My forehead creased and pushed her back to her former position, "What do you mean?"

She sighed and looked at my eyes, "They know that Lerion have nothing, but a twenty dollars bill and clothes. He'll back here."

"Are you sure?"

Her eyes seemed darkened that made me more tensed, "He will not be back here to ask his parents' forgiveness, but in a dirty way."

"Back then, I can't understand what does she mean about it. Several years have passed, everything went fine, until Gloria's word became true."

"Y-you mean..."

"Hmm, he came back and killed their own parents to take all the things what they have; money, house, everything that will make him live. That night, their parents asked us to walk outside with Jaxon, that's why we saved your dad."

She closed her eyes, "No way," she's shaking her head and looked at me again. "What happened to my dad after that?"

"He's intelligent enough to be in the star universities before, that's how he started his own laboratory and married your mom after they graduated..."

"Mommy!" Serena excitedly ran to her mom when she already arrived at home.

"Hi baby, how's your day?"

"Nanny Karen let me play with Haxilla, Brittany, Wade, Haru and Jaxon. It's so fun, mommy! Nanny Karen also played with us."

"That's great, what do you want for our lunch?"

Serena put her hands on her chin and looked up, so cute, "Kimchi and uhm... ah tacos!"

Her mom pinched her cheeks and told her to get back to playing with her friends. Laura smiled at me and tapped my back, "Can you help me to prepare the foods?"

I nod at her. We're so quiet in the kitchen while making the foods for the lunch, she's glancing at me for several times, like she wants to ask or say something to me.

"Just say it and stop on glancing at me."

She cleared her throat, "Where's Raven now?"

I stopped chopping the garlic, but immediately continue it, "He's with my sister. He is fine there."

"I see. Why don't you take a couple months of vacation or bring him here? It is not good to your child to leave him like that while you're taking of other people's child."

"Don't worry about it."

"By the way, you didn't tell to Serena that Haxilla is her sister, right?"

"Yes, she can't understand that thing well in her age."

She hugged me, "Thank you, thank you so much."

"H-Haxilla is my sister? How that thing happened? Why?" she asked while holding her hands to calm her down.

"Your mothers are best friends. It happened that Haxilla's mom now can't have a baby, your mom born with a pure heart and can't watch her best friend almost ended her life, so she gave Haxilla to them."

"S-She's my biological sister... Did she know anything about this?"

"Yes, she knows everything."

Betrayal showed on her eyes, "Ahh, she knows everything, but she didn't even tell that things to me."

"That's not how—"

"Why everyone who knows my relationship with Jaxon always saying 'oh, they're coupled again', 'first love, never dies', he didn't even my first love—"

"You're couples back in your high school days. You broke up because you found out that his parents killed your parents."

"That time, Jaxon didn't also know everything?"

"Yes, he is just like you know. Both of you doesn't know anything about your past, that's the only way what Haxilla found for you not to be hurt and continue your life."

SELENA'S POV 

My stomach felt turned upside down because of all the things that Nanny Karen telling me now.

Jaxon's parents killed my parents...

Haxilla is my biological sister...

Jaxon and I both forget about our past in order to continue our life...

Am I suicidal that time? That's why Haxilla came up with that unfair decision?

"W-Why do they need to put also Jaxon in this kind of situation?"

Nanny Karen sighed like she's regreting her decision to tell me the truth, "You're both suicidal that time. Jaxon almost got hit by a 16-wheeler truck, you tried to drown yourself at the bath tub when you both found your ill-fated relationship."

I covered my mouth, and my tears are now falling from my eyes. Now I understand everything, they didn't want to hide the truth from me, but they're avoiding the fact that I can end my own life again. That's how weak I am.

From my parents' death to my relationship with Jaxon before, it badly messed up my whole system. My mind is still trying to sink on myself all the truth that I found, the answers to my confusions, lost pieces that will complete my personality.

WADE'S POV

' "Faster, Seriana. We need to leave now before—"

"Lerion Silvenia and Seriana Silvenia, you're under arrest by murder, illegal gambling, embezzlement and illegal drugs. You have right to get an attorney..."

"We didn't do anything!"

"He's the only one who wants this, I'm innocent!"

The Silvenia couple now is got dragged by the police before they escape and flew away from the country. Formosus' death case re-opened because of the new evidences found at their house and house of the Silvenia, they're now being investigated from doing multiple crimes...'

"They're caught now, you're really different." We both laughed and cheered our glasses for the success of the second step of our plan.

I sighed while staring at the tv, how satisfying it is to watch those pests that keep on lingering at my own business are now slowly gone. Smirk formed at the corner of my lips when I remembered the third step is now working well.

"Oh, oh, look! Wade, Jaxon's parents are on the tv, look!"

I immediately run when I heard what Britanny shouted, they're now caught by their crimes. Oh, thank you, Lord.

"The justice for Selena's family has finally come!" she said and hugged me tightly. We're so happy now, I looked up.

Dad, the justice for you also has now come. You can now rest in peace, dad.

"A-ah, Wade, my stomach hurts! Aaah!"

"W-What? Wait, hold o n, I'll call a help—"

I stopped when I saw a water flowing at her legs. Is she going to give a birth now?
