Kit’s POV

Dom’s eyes remained gazing down at me, as if he was in an internal battle with himself to do the right thing too, which we both knew was to walk away at this moment before anything happened between the two of us, at least that was what I was trying to convince my own self of. But his eyes now full of lust and desire for me, were like a beaconing call to the bond I still felt towards him, egging me to explore what could have been with him.
