Kit’s POV

With hundreds of papers scattered from one end of my father’s study to the other, and on our second pot of coffee, we had finally pieced it all together what was legally happening, but we still didn’t know why my sister’s mate needed my father’s estate and his wealth, since his company wasn’t showing a loss in Dom’s data base. It was obvious that he was trying to hide something, but the question was what.

Ms. Caroline had said that he was in trouble with the wrong people, and I had to wonder if this was something personal, he had going on the side from his business. I knew what Ms. Caroline told me was just gossip that she had heard from other pack members, but there had to be some truth to it.
