Dom’s POV My men had Kit’s father’s estate now like a fortress, as I made my way up the lane to the house. There was no one getting in or out without me knowing about it, but I still didn’t feel at ease knowing that they had already tried to send a message. Ms. Caroline was at the door waiting for my arrival and ushered me to the back patio. When I stepped outside, I was shocked to see only Kit’s sister waiting on me at the table, but of course that was why Kit had called me over. “Sophia, it is good to see you.
