Feeling defeated, like a loser, Tae Jin walked back to the house.

Looking so sad, so tired. Tears flew down and he couldn't control them. He couldn't stop himself from crying.

It hurt so much.

He didn't find his hyung. He was nowhere and no matter how many times he called out to him, he didn't respond.

He didn't answer.

Where did he go? He didn't leave him behind, right?

Someone please tell him, his hyung didn't leave him behind.

He.........he needed it!

But.........then again, the truth always hurt.

He left. His hyung left him. He didn't need him anymore. He can finally get out of the house, he knew how to use his powers now......he didn't need him.

He left him..........and this, angered him a lot.

.................He used him. And now that he's if no use to him (Hae Jin), he left.

Why? Why would he do this to him? Didn't he care for him (Hae Jin) enough?

He left him, Tae Jin thought again as he wiped his tears with his hands, eyes reddened.

He didn't deserve his tears. He'll never cry over him again.

This........this will be the last time............

Tae Jin didn't get to complete his thoughts.

Reaching the entrance gate of the house, Tae Jin saw Se Jong in front of it and he came to a stop, looking at his friend.

Seeing Se Jong was the reason why he didn't complete his thoughts.

Se Jong looked at him, sympathizing with him.

Why? And the look in his eyes,.............looks like he knew something.

Like he knew he was looking for something.

For his......... Hae Jin.

Has he found out his secret? No! Someone please tell him it wasn't so.

"Tae Jin........" Se Jong called out to him but before he could say another word, a familiar voice called out to him.

"Se Jong!!" Sounding excited.

Tae Jin and Se Jong turned to the direction where they heard the voice. They turned to their right direction.

Who was that guy? Tae Jin asked himself, a little surprised.

Handsome, tall, short golden hair and light blue eyes.

He has never seen this guy before.

He wore an orange t-shirt and he was sweaty, panting. He looked relief and excited.

He was smiling.

More importantly............

"Chae Joon, you're here!" Se Jong said happily as he rushed to his side.

Chae Joon?

This guy..........

And more proof, Tae Jin watched as time reset, this Chae Joon guy getting his breathing normal and all the sweat going away until none could be seen.

Surprised, confused, Tae Jin walked towards them.

What the heck was going on?

Was this the same Chae Joon.........the one Sung Yoon told him about?

Hae Jin was looking for this guy he heard.

This guy.......this guy was a ghost. He had the aura around him and judging by the colour (White) of the aura, he was a good ghost.

A ghost..........Se Jong.........Se Jong was talking to a ghost!

And this was why he looked surprised and confused as he walked towards them.

"I learnt from Sung Yoon that someone here wants to see me, so I rushed here" Chae Joon said, smiling at Se Jong.

It only been two days or so and he missed Se Jong so much. He should have agreed to move in matter what when Se Jong asked him to.

He didn't exactly regret not moving in with him sooner because he got to see Sung Yoon again and learnt about Hae Jin.

But......... God! He really missed his Se Jong.

Chae Joon thought, not noticing the guy, Tae Jin who stood before him and Se Jong, glaring at the both of them with those beautiful light pink eyes of his.

Well,.....they (The eyes) were no longer beautiful, they looked scary and both, having noticed yet because they're caught up in their own well, staring at each other with so much love and relief in their eyes.

"So then, you already met Sung Yoon?" Se Jong asked with a smile and he (Chae Joon) hummed as reply, still smiling as he stared at Se Jong.

He (Se Jong) has forgotten even more cute.

"That's great" Se Jong said and they stared at each other, smiling.

What the........this was so annoying! Tae Jin thought, glaring fiercely at the both.

"What........what the fuck is going on here?!" Tae Jin asked.

Se Jong...........Se Jong was talking to a ghost!

He was talking to a ghost!!

Se Jong can see ghosts?! He didn't notice this!

He now understand why Se Jong had that 'knowing' look earlier.

And.......it looks like Chae Joon knew Sung Yoon. If it was the same Sung Yoon they both knew, that meant.......he was the one his.......Hae Jin wanted to meet.

He was here, and he (Tae Jin) was gone.

"Shit,......." He (Se Jong) forgot Tae Jin was here. Se Jong thought, anxious as he looked at Tae Jin.

Damn! He looked so scary!!

"Se Jong...... answer me damnit!!"

"Hey! Don't use that language when talking to him" Chae Joon said in all seriousness and the both stared at each other, glaring.

"Calm down both of you" Se Jong said, looking at the two who were glaring at each other.

Ah,.........this was their first meeting and he can see they didn't like each other.

What should he do?

"I'm waiting Se Jong" Tae Jin said impatiently still glaring at Chae Joon.

Wow! Tae Jin looked so scary! This definitely wasn't a good way for him to find out.

He should have told him everything when he found out about Tae Jin.

"Hmm....I.....I......I can see ghosts "

"I can see that"

"I never told you this "

"I just found out"

Gosh! Tae Jin was acting annoying.

"Let me speak will you Tae Jin?"

*Sigh, he sighed in mind, why was he acting all annoying?

Oh, right, must be because his ghost friend was gone.

But........did he have to act this annoying! He should a least shut up and give him a chance to explain everything.

"We should talk in my room" Tae Jin said, irritated as he walked away, heading back into the house.

*Sigh, both Chae Joon and Se Jong sighed before following.

Chae Joon gave Se Jong a look that stated the exact question 'Has he always been just a jerk?' he wanted to ask and he answered.

"Tae Jin is not always a jerk. He's not himself. Is the situation right now" was Se Jong's reply.

And he watched as Chae Joon sighed again. They haven't even talked yet and he was already tired.

He could see it was going to a lot of energy to talk to Tae Jin.

That brat was such a jerk now.

Entering, Tae Jin went straight to his room, looking so angry and ignoring Shin Hye and Hyun Seo's calls.

They were so worried about him considering his behavior when they got home from school.

But then.........

He didn't even answer them when they asked if he was okay.

He should have at least lie that he was okay just to calm then down but he didn't.

He totally ignored them and went to his room.

Treating them like air.

It was like...........

Like he didn't hear a word they said it or the questions they asked or maybe he did hear and he chose to ignore them.

Not to answer them.

"I'll take care of him" Se Jong told his friends just so they'll not worry too much.

But knowing Shin Hye, she'll worry anyways and Hyun Seo.........

He'll definitely be alright after eating something.

There was no need to worry about him.

Getting into the master bedroom, Tae Jin angrily placed the pillows (Used to separate the bed into two when Hae Jin was around) on the bed frame, sat down and lean against it.

Cautious, hesitating, Se Jong took a seat on the bed, leaning against the pillows on the bedframe.

While Chae Join took a seat on the chair behind the study table.

"Did I ask you to take a seat?" Tae Jin asked angrily.

Shit!

"Right! I'm sorry" Se Jong said, about to get up but then, Tae Jin stopped him, "Sit"

God! This was so annoying to watch! Chae Joon thought, angry.

"What's your damn problem?!"

Shit! This can't be happening now!

"Is o........" Se Jong didn't get to complete his words when Tae Jin spoke.

"You know I didn't invite you in right?" His words for Chae Joon.

"Kay......" Se Jong finally completed his words.

*Sigh, this was going to be a long night.

"Enough both of you. Please, let's just have a non-violent calming conversation"

"He started it!" Chae Joon yelled out angrily as he pointed at Tae Jin, glaring at the brat.

"As long as you don't know your place " Tae Jin said calmly, acting like the jerk he was now.

"I'll punch your face in if I can. Why are you such a jerk?! Are you always this way?!"

His place? What the heck did he mean by that?

"Is okay Chae Joon" Se Jong said with a smile and seeing that smile, Chae Joon immediately calmed, until Tae Jin spoke again.

"I don't have all night"

Heavens the brat really was getting on his nerves tonight!

"You!....."

"Please" Se Jong begged and he looked away from him, clicking his tongue,

"Tsk"

Tae Jin was saved for now.

Thinking now was the perfect time to begin, Se Jong spoke out, "So.......the truth is I can see ghosts just like you and I've known about your ghost friend all along"

He (Tae Jin) figured. He just didn't know why Se Jong didn't say a word until now.

"Ghost friend? Are you talking about Hae Jin?" Chae Joon asked.

"Oh, so you know him. Is he the one you came to see?" Se Jong asked and he replied, "Yes"

Okay this made him sad, jealous. So,.......if Chae Joon didn't find out about Hae Jin.........dies it mean he would not have come to see him?

Did he (Chae Joon) even come to see him (Se Jong)?

*Sigh, Se Jong sighed in mind, thinking he should drop this.

"He's Tae Jin's dear hyung"

"He's not my hyung anymore not to mention dear! Don't mention him in front of me again!" Tae Jin yelled out, exploding with anger and surprising Se Jong and Chae Joon.

Stupid Tae Jin, he must be thinking Tae Jin left him.

That can't be. It wasn't so, Se Jong strongly believed this.

Well,......... seeing how angry Tae Jin was, he should just go with him and apologize.

"Sorry. So yes, I've known about you two the moment I came into this house. At first, I wasn't entirely sure. I thought Hae Jin was a good ghost (Because he noticed the colour of his aura was white) who has taken liken to you and was stalking you or something but........when you......... pointed at us as you called out our names, even though you know us every well,.........I figured you were introducing us to him. Maybe Hae Jin knew out names but he has never met us before. That's why you introduced us to him, one after the other"

Right then, everything was clear to him. Hae Jin could see ghosts, just like him.

"Also, you refused to share a room with Shin Hye because you were thinking about Hae Jin. Where was he going to sleep if you shared the room with Shin Hye. That's why you refused, right?" Se Jong asked but he didn't answer.

Tae Jin only avoided his gaze, wearing a blank expression.

Well,....... he'll go on.

"You also lied about being sick because you wanted to stay with him right?" Se Jong asked again and this time, Tae Jin answered but he didn't spare him a glance.

And that blank expression, was still on his face as he answered,

"That day I lied because I planned on staying home and helping him get out. I knew I was the only one who could help him" he said.

"You're his special one right?" Se Jong asked, surprising Chae Joon.

This brat was Hae Jin's special one?

"He doesn't want to accept me or the fact that I might be his special one. He doesn't want me and am of no use to him anymore"

That's why he left him.

"I don't believe that" Se Jong said.

He (Chae Joon) was a little confused here.

But seriously!, This brat was Hae Jin's special one?

Then......how come he can see him as well? Special ones can only see their chosen ghosts right?

.................hold on,.......that means, Tae Jin also have the ability to see other ghosts.

Was he a medium?

"You should just continue" Tae Jin said.

"Right" Se Jong answered.

Tae Jin, was just so damn stubborn!

Where did he get it from?

"I didn't say anything because........I was waiting for you to tell me yourself. But then,.....I also planned on telling you everything earlier"

Because Tae Jin looked so sad, so lost.

He didn't want him to feel like he was all alone in this.

He also wanted him to know he was here. Tae Jin can tell him........just.........about everything.

He'll understand.

He was just like him.

"But I didn't get the chance to because Chae Joon shown up. He messed up everything"

What? Did he (Se Jong) just blame him? Chae Joon asked himself.

"I'm sorry I hid it from you" Se Jong said.

Guess now, he got his answers.

"So you're a medium?" Tae Jin asked.

"No......I don't know maybe. Chae Joon here is my chosen ghost"

He figured. Se Jong see and hear him. But was he the only one, Se Jong hasn't exactly answered yet. Special ones can only see and hear and chosen ghosts.

Maybe Se Jong can only see and hear Chae Joon.

Se Jong was Chae Joon's special one...........that meant, he can touch him.

Have they touched?

"I'm his special one. And.......you know special ones can only see their chosen ghosts right?"

"Hmmm" Tae Jin answered.

"Well,........ that's a little different for me. I can't see what other ghosts look like unless Chae Join is with me. I can only see their auras and hear their voices. But.......for some reason,.......I could see what Hae Jin look like"

Oh, so.........Se Jong has the ability to see ghosts, however,.......it was a little different.

He could only see their auras and hear their voices.

Does it also......... make him a medium like him?

"You know, I was really surprised when I met Hae Jin for the first time. It wasn't just because he was with you or because I found out he can see him as well but also because I could see what he looked like even though Chae Joon wasn't with me"

That happened? Chae Joon knew why Se Jong could see what Hae Jin looked like even though he wasn't around.

It was definitely related to him.

Because he (Chae Joon) was related to Hae Jin, in so many ways.

Chae Joon thought as he looked at Se Jong.

"Besides him.......... I've never seen what other ghosts look like unless Chae Joon is with me. I still don't know if that makes me a medium or not"

"I see. So you knew all along. So stupid of me! I didn't realize. And I was so scared you're find out and leave me"

"I'm sorry, I really am. I.......I was waiting for you to tell me yourself"

And maybe.......he should have said everything earlier.

That ever day he found out Tae Jin can see ghosts as well.

Now he knew.......Tae Jin was a medium and a special one. He can see other ghosts besides his chosen ghost.

He can see Chae Joon, hear him and that meant he was a medium.

"Where's Hae Jin? I came to see him and I haven't even seen his shadow" Chae Joon exclaimed.

One can say, Hae Jin was the main reason why he was here, however........the guy was no where to be seen.

Where was he?

"He left" Tae Jin said, looking angry, again, while Se Jong had a frown on his face.

Chae Joon really come to see Hae Jin. Just him. That meant, if he didn't find out Hae Jin, he would have never come to see him.

This broke his heart, Se Jong thought, a sad look now on his face as he lowered his head down.

"Huh?" Chae Joon asked, surprised.

Where did that idiot go?

"I don't think he left Tae Jin. Maybe he just......." Se Jong began but Tae Jin cut him off his words.

"Everything! Everything I planned on doing for him.......he didn't even let me. He left just like that. He didn't even say goodbye! He didn't leave a message either" Tae Jin said, angry.

"He hasn't crossed over right?" Se Jong asked. He didn't believe Hae Jin left on his own. 

There was no way he could do that. Even if he had his powers, he still needed his special one.

Come to think of it...........what was the reason why Hae Jin was stuck in this world?

Could it be the first, second, third or fourth reason?

He (Se Jong) had to find out. But.......will he (Tae Jin) tell him?

"I don't know" Tae Jin answered, looking sad.

And he hope that's not so.

He was angry with Hae Jin but...........he didn't want that.

The first time he (Tae Jin) left (When he left for the states), he didn't say goodbye properly and he still regret not doing so.

It can't happen again...............but...........it already did right?

Hae Jin left, without saying goodbye.

And this hurt him more than Hae Jin leaving.

"Then again, I don't think so. What does your soul tell you?" Chae Joon asked Tae Jin and he looked at him, confused.

"My soul?"

"Don't tell me you don't know about souls and contracts?"

No, he didn't.

Souls, Contracts, there was more?

But..........did he really want to know? His chosen already left him.

"Tell him everything you know Chae Joon" Se Jong said and he (Chae Joon) nodded.

He agreed.

Tae Jin had to know everything about specials, souls and contracts.

If not,.........he might end up dead.
