Night (Around 8pm getting to 9)

She couldn't take it anymore, so, she decided to go out for a walk.

Shin Hye, that is.

Coming out of the compound, she had her head lowered, looking sad.

Tae Jin totally ignored her when she spoke earlier and he had no idea how much it hurt.

Shin Hye didn't know what was going on with Tae Jin but one thing was right, Tae Jin has changed a lot since they came back.

Well,..........he wasn't any better when they were abroad.

Sometimes, he's happy, excited.

Sometimes sad.

Sometimes angry.

Sometimes depressed.

Sometimes......lost in his own world.

Sometimes...........it looked like he was waiting, longing for someone.

He never shared anything when she asked.

But then,.........it all ended when they came back. At first she thought it was because Tae Jin was away from his family and good friends.

But..........that wasn't it. When he was talking to his friends, his family, on his birthdays, at parties,......he still showed those kind of emotions.

She figured it wasn't because of them and thought maybe it was because of his father.

But then........when they came back, Tae Jin never showed those emotions.

He looked happy, excited and she was sure it wasn't just because he was back to his home with his friends (Hyun Seo and Se Jong) and family.

There was something else. Something Tae Jin hasn't told them yet.

Tae Jin has changed in a different way.

She couldn't explain but she knew he has been acting weirdly.

And tonight,............ something definitely happened.

Tae Jin was back to his cold self. This side (His cold side) he showed when they first got to the states.

She wonder,.......if he'll ever share what's going on with him.

"Good evening" an unfamiliar voice said from behind him. Immediately, Shin Hye turned to look at the person.

Seeing the young boy who seemed to be at the same age as her, Shin Hye froze in place.

Staring at the handsome boy who had a friendly smile on his face.

Well,........he was not as handsome as her Tae Jin but......for some reason.......she couldn't take her eyes off of him.

And her........her stupid heart was racing like crazy.

She couldn't breathe............she didn't know how to breathe.

This.......this guy was stunning.

That's for sure.

And he.........he was all she could see.

Red hair, light blue eyes, fair, handsome and a little taller than her.

All she could think about was his face and that smile on his face.

She couldn't think of another word.

That beautiful smile of his was doing wonders.

Wonders to get her poor heart.

'Shin Hye........ you're dead' Shin Hye said in mind, staring at the young man.

"You live in this house Shin Hye?" The boy asked, smiling.

Huh? Shin Hye asked herself after she snapped out of wonderland.

She shook her head, clearing all the weird thoughts she was having.

She had a boyfriend for heavens sake and she loved him a lot!!

A love!

You love Tae Jin, remember that Shin Hye!! She tried to convince herself.

And shut up stupid heart!! She commanded her heart who wasn't even listening.

The boss (The heart) paid no heed to her and was doing its job.

Shin Hye: Author! Where are you? I'm not liking this at all.

Author: Sorry, my hands are tied, I can't help you.

Shin Hye: Useless.

Author:................

*Clear throat, Shin Hye cleared her throat to find her lost voice, before answering,  "Yes, I live here....."

Hold on.....

"How do you know my name?" Shin Hye asked, a frown on her face.

The guy's smile widened and she......... focusing more on that smile again....... couldn't think of another word.

Her heart........Her heart was pounding like crazy.

She needed something to cool it down!

She needed help!!

Shin Hye: Shut Up.

"There's no need to suspect me. I'm not a bad person. I live next door" the guy said, pointing a hand at the house next to theirs.

"Oh, I mean, I'll be living there. I'm moving in now" he said and Shin Hye realized he was right.

He held two bags containing maybe his clothes and stuffs.

So...... he's moving into the house Soon's (Tae Jin's former caretaker) ex boyfriend used to live in.

Yep! Soon broke up with her boyfriend nine years ago. Turns out the guy wasn't a saint or a gentleman like she said.

Poor woman never stopped displaying her boyfriend to others.

She can't remember the number of times Soon sat she and the guys (Tae Jin, Se Jong and Hyun Seo) just to tell them how amazing her boyfriend was.

But it turns out..........she gave him too much credits.

He cheated on her three times with her friends and so, Soon broke up with him.

Poor woman.

Come to think of it,......... they've never seen or visited their neighbors before.

Since they arrived, they haven't gone to see them.

They didn't know what they looked like.

"Your family lives there?" Shin Hye asked just to get more information.

"Yes, my aunt and her husband but, they'll be moving out soon. In a week time, I believe"

Okay,......hold on, he still hasn't told her how he knew her name.

And.......... how come he knew her?

"How come you know me?" She asked.

"Oh, you don't know me. Well, that's understandable, there are a lot of people in our school"

He knew her? 'Our school?' Does it mean.........

"You attend the same school as me?" She asked, surprised and the guy smiled.

Great! He gave that smile again!

"Yes, am in the class next to yours. I know you cause....... you're really popular in school. Shin Hye, the beautiful rich girl who used to live in the states. Came back and enrolled in our school"

Huh? She was popular? She's just leave out the rich part.

(Shin Hye never liked it when she was called rich even though she was)

Wait,......did he just call her beautiful? She's just leave out the rich part.

Shin Hye thought as she smiled shyly.

And for some reason,.....she liked it.

Hearing it from him, she liked it more.

God!

And she snapped out. 

This shouldn't be happening! She had a boyfriend!!

Shin Hye yelled out in mind.

"You know, people never shut up when they hear someone in our school came from abroad. Rumors about the person never ends..........well, unless someone new comes in"

"You're right, I agree with you" Shin Hye said.

"So, do you live here alone? Is a very big house or do you live with your parents?"

Personal questions.

She should find this suspicious yet......she wanted to tell him.

That saying 'Stranger Danger' didn't apply here and she wondered why.

Why did she want to reveal everything to him?

Because they attend the same school and he knew her?

No........that wasn't so.

This guy was a stranger, sure they attended the same school and it looked like he knew more about her......still,....this still was their first time meeting.

She didn't know him.

He was a stranger to her.

Yet,.......she wanted to tell him everything.

He could be a criminal, a dangerous person. A spy from one of her father's enemies,

But she didn't care. She wanted to tell him everything.

"Your house is nice by the way" the boy said, gaining Shin Hye's attention.

She looked at the house and said in mind, 'Is he making fun of me?' before looking at the boy.

"Looks more like it's haunted" she answered and the guy burst out laughter.

His light blue eyes sparkling!

Heavens, she really was getting addicted to his eyes.

And his laughter........... sounded so great.

And she found herself, liking it.

This was crazy!

"I heard from my auntie and her husband, the house has been abandoned for a very long time. They even said it was haunted. Why did you choose it?" The boy asked after stopped laughing and Shin Hye felt a little disappointed.

She wanted to hear his laughter more.

*Sigh, she sighed in mind before answering his question, "Is a long story"

No, it was pretty short but she didn't want to talk about it now.

She wanted to know more about this guy.

"I'll tell you another time when we get the chance to meet"

Well,............there'll be plenty of chances for them to meet.

He was sure of it.

"By the way, my name is Park Jay, you can call me Jay or PJ"

"Then.........PJ it is"

God knew! She wanted to call him Jay but for some reason...........she didn't want to.

Why was that? Shin Hye has never stayed away from something she desperately wanted to do.

She never backed out. But for some reason.......she did just now and it felt she knew the reason.

"And.......I live here with my friends"

"Se Jong....., Hyun Seo and Tae Jin right?" Jay asked and she smiled,

"You've done your homework well, huh?" She said and he smiled.

Of course, Jay thought.

He knew all about Tae Jin, Hyun Seo and Se Jong, they were popular just like Shin Hye was but he didn't mention them before because, he wanted to talk about Shin Hye alone.

"Yes, Tae Jin is also my boyfriend. He's my friend and boyfriend. Funny right?"

Shin Hye asked, smiling as she looked at the boy.

Oh, he.......he...... didn't smile. And the smile on Shin Hye's face fell off.

Why did he look...... dejected?

Seconds later, Jay smiled, sayinging, "Great, then...... I'll see you later. Maybe we can go to school tomorrow"

"Sure" Shin Hye hesitantly agreed.

Still worried about Jay.

What the heck was that earlier?

He recovered so quick that even she was doubting herself.

Did she really see that expression?

"Your car have enough seats? I'm pretty big" Jay joked and she smiled.

Well, whatever, maybe she saw wrong.

"No you're not. You're pretty......... slim"

"Well, thank you"

"So then......"

"Yes, I'll be going in now. My aunt and uncle are expecting me" Jay said with a smile, waved at her.

Taking a step to leave, Shin Hye suddenly stopped him when she said,

"Hold on!"

Immediately, the boy stopped and looked at her with a smile, asking, "Yes?"

"Can..........can we chat for a while? I want to talk to someone" 

What the heck did she just ask?! Why did she ask that! She..........

"Sure. I'm all yours" Jay said with a bright smile, looking like he just won a lottery.

Shin Hye found this funny and she laughed.

"You're funny" she said, laughing, not noticing the pair of eyes that stared at her lovely.

"Special ones are humans born for ghosts who need them and in every special one and ghost, there's a contract. The contract is not something you can see, like......is a part of your soul" Chae Joon said.

He didn't want to know about special ones.......he was longer one, his chosen ghost left him.

Yet.......

"I don't......." Tae Jin began but Chae Joon cut him off his words,

"Listen very careful. Every human have a soul that has a purpose for coming into this world"

He (Chae Joon) continued.

"Humans born as special ones, their souls purpose is to help their chosen ghost. That's your main mission but you can do other things as well"

Great!, guess he'll have to learn it all.

"The soul has a mission to help your chosen ghost and you have to accomplish that mission"

What? He......he didn't....... understand.

And like Se Jong can read his mind, he said,

"You can ask questions Tae Jin"

Tae Jin looked at him, crept out, "Can you read minds? That's creepy" he said and Se Jong smiled.

Tae Jin was easy to read.

Sometimes.

"What do you mean? I have to accomplish the mission?" He asked and Se Jong answered.

"Well,........ though your soul and you are one, you're still kind of different. Your soul have a conscious so do you"

"So,......what happens when you die? Does your soul's conscious dies as well?"

"Well,...... your soul's conscious becomes your conscious. You and your soul are one"

"You're losing me Se Jong"

"Don't worry, am also losing myself"

*Sigh, he never really understood this part.

Made him wonder why he was sharing.

 The one who should be sharing this was......

"Chae Joon" Se Jong called out to him as he looked at him.

"You and your are one but you both have conscious. Your soul is the part of you who knows everything about yourself. Why you came into this world and the afterlife"

"So then, do you know everything about the afterlife? If am right, you and your soul are one now. And doesn't it mean you now know all about the ghost world?" Tae Jin asked.

"About the afterlife........I have no knowledge of it and I don't know why. I also don't know why ghosts don't know about the ghost world until they research or something. So yeah, I don't know everything about the ghost world even though we're (Chae Joon and his soul) one now"

"Okay" Tae Jin answered.

"When you die, you and your soul becomes one but your soul's conscious remains. You know that thing.......when you ask yourself a question and something responses in mind? That's your soul's conscious"

He (Tae Jin) still didn't understand.

"You should research more about this" Tae Jin said but Chae Joon ignored him and continued.

"You operate the body and your soul sends out the information on what to do. That's why you have to complete the mission"

"So the.........my soul alerts me when I find my chosen ghost?"

"What did you think? they say you'll only know who your chosen ghost or special one is until you meet them? When you two meet, your soul and the contract reacts and also sends some kind of hint to the chosen ghost who's also a soul and have a contract. The same happens when the chosen ghost meets his special one" Se Jong said and Chae Joon added,

"The soul's conscious and the contract in the chosen ghost also sends hints to the special one's soul and the contract. They react together"

He still wasn't getting it!!

But then........

"Same happened to you?" Tae Jin asked Se Jong, "I was a kid back then, I...... don't really remember how I felt"

"Right"

But he felt it.

When he met Hae Jin for the first time, he felt something, like someone telling him to speak to Hae Jin, reveal himself to him.

Guess that someone was the soul and the contract judging by what he just learnt.

This was the reason why he revealed himself to Hae Jin and pretended not to see Sung Yoon.

His—Hae Jin, was the only one his soul and contract told him to speak to, show himself to.

"The contract is a part of the soul, they're one I was told. if your chosen ghost crosses over,............the contract breaks and it ceased to exist. During the process of it ceasing to exist, you experience fever" Chae Joon said and Se Jong added,

"And since you look well, that means Hae Jin hasn't crossed over yet"

Yeah, it meant he left him on his own. Tae Jin thought, looking angry again.

"Guess now we know Hae Jin hasn't crossed over yet" Chae Joon said.

"What happens when the contract cease to exist because your chosen ghost has cross over? Do you still have your soul?" Tae Jin asked to change the topic.

He didn't want to talk about Hae Jin right now.

"Of course. You need your soul to be a perfect human" Chae Joon said and Se Jong asked,

"How can you be a soul after you die without having one?"

Well,......that kind of made sense but he was still confused about all these. 

Tae Jin thought.

"When you accomplish the mission and your chosen ghost crosses over, your soul's mission will be accomplished as well, it'll be in peace and then.......I guess it'll help you in what you want to do in this world" Chae Joon answered.

"And........when your soul completes it's mission and the contract cease to exist, you, the special one, will never see your chosen ghost again. Well........ unless he or she show up in your dreams or something. You'll also get to keep all the memories you had with them" Se Jong said.

"What if the special one has the ability to see other ghosts?" Tae Jin asked.

"That makes him a medium right? Then he can still see other ghosts and help them. You do know humans who are special ones and also have the ability to see other ghosts also have the mission to help others ghosts as well, right?" Chae Joon asked Tae Jin but he didn't get to answer because Se Jong spoke.

Tae Jin knew all this but he still asked.

He wanted to be sure of the informations he got. 

The informations could be wrong after all.

"Special ones with the ability to see other ghosts,........ their souls also have the mission of helping other ghosts who are not your chosen ghost"

"So then.........if you're a special one and you help your chosen ghost cross over, that will not be all. You and your soul have to help other ghosts cross over as well?" Tae Jin asked.

"That's right. That's also the main missions of the souls of special ones who have the ability to see other ghosts as well. It's also one of the special ones main missions" Chae Joon answered.

Then...........does it mean he have no choice but to become a medium, announce himself?

Does it mean he can't hide his ability? Does it mean he can't choose? Tae Jin asked himself, feeling a little sad and scared.

What will become of him when other people learn about his ability?

Those people weren't exactly nice when they learnt about it.

"And there's no contract involve in this" Tae Jin asked after he came out of his thoughts.

"No, because the other ghosts are not your chosen ghosts. A special one only have one chosen ghost and a chosen ghost only have one special one" Se Jong said.

Right, he (Tae Jin) totally forgot about that.

"Can a human have the ability to see other ghosts and not be a special one?"

Once again,.......why did he ask? He already knew the answer.

*Sigh,........

"Sure, there are a lot of people like that. They're mediums, like you. Just that, they can't touch the ghosts. They can only see and hear them. Humans cannot touch ghosts unless they're special ones and the ghosts are their chosen ghosts" Se Jong answered.

Yes,.....he knew that already.

"The contract.......tell me more about it" Tae Jin said as he looked at Chae Joon, waiting for his answer.

"Well.......the contract I don't know much about it. I only know that.......like I said before, is one with the soul"

"Okay"

"The contract is there as the key to unite the chosen ghost and the special one. The contract is there to show signs when you and your chosen ghost meet. When your chosen ghost crosses over, when your chosen ghost crosses over and you never get to meet"

"That can happen? Only ghosts who have unfinished businesses to settle and those who doesn't remember their past life or how they died gets a special one. I thought chosen ghosts stuck in this world because of these two reasons can only cross over after they accomplish their mission"

Their mission, those who were stuck in this world because they didn't remember their past life or how they died had to find out and those who had unfinished business to settle had to settle them.

This was their mission and they can only cross over after they accomplish them.

So.......what was Chae Joon saying?

"True, you're not wrong, but that can happen only when the chosen ghost is set free after it was consumed by an evil ghost"

Wow!........Tae Jin had a lot to learn. About Evil ghosts as well. He didn't much about them either.

"Now, I'll continue from where I left off. Also, when your chosen ghost rejects you or refuse to accept you in both mind and heart, when the soul is sad because you haven't accepted your chosen ghost in both mind and heart or your chosen haven't, or........when your soul yearns for acceptance, the contract shows signs. The sign is fever"

Okay.......he (Tae Jin) was getting a little lost here.

Chae Joon will give more details right?

"More like,.....the contract is the first one to feel, notice your chosen ghost when you meet and since the soul and the contract are one, the soul feels and notice it too. Everything your soul feels, the contract feels it too. Everything the contract feels, your soul feels it" Se Jong said.

"And then, when you two meet, it (The soul) takes the first step in completing the mission. The soul alerts you. When you see your chosen ghost, that's the alert. At the same time, your chosen ghost also receives the hint"  Chae Joon said.

Uh?..........he (Tae Jin) didn't get this part. When you see your chosen ghost, that's the alert.

Was 'Alert' even the right word to use here?

He was so damn confused.

What did he (Chae Joon) mean by that?

And he didn't want to ask either. He was no longer a special one right?

"I guess, the message the soul also sends when you see your chosen ghost is that, this is your chosen ghost and you have to help him cross over" Se Jong said.

Well, he (Tae Jin) got that part.

"The contract have to be there, that's if you haven't gotten rejected or you haven't rejected your chosen ghost. The contract keeps the soul company. It makes the soul feel complete" Chae Joon said and Se Jong added.

"The contract also makes your soul feel alive, feel useful, feel the reason why it was here in this world in the first place"

"Without the contract,........the soul is not complete. The soul feels that wholeness again after the contract is broken and has ceased to exist because the chosen ghost has crossed over successfully. Meaning, the soul has completed it's mission" Chae Joon said.

"Then...........if the soul doesn't complete it's mission and the contract breaks and cease to exist,........the soul doesn't feel that wholeness?"

Tae Jin asked and Chae Joon nodded before saying,

"Exactly"

"I see........this is a lot to take in"

"You can do it" Se Jong said with a smile.

"So then........The soul doesn't feel incomplete after the mission is complete? I mean....... won't it get a little bit sad? It just lost a part of itself"

"I guess....... that's something only the soul have an answer to" Chae Joon answered.

And.......... they'll only know when they become souls.

He (Chae Joon) was a soul but he hasn't crossed over yet so he didn't know how he would feel when the contract within him ceased to exist.

"What about the chosen ghost? The contract in the chosen ghost" Tae Jin asked.

"The contract only gets signed or sealed when you both accept each other in both mind and heart. When you accept your chosen ghost as your chosen ghost and when your chosen ghost accepts you as his special one"

Great! There was more to know! The ghost world was really confusing!!

Not it mention annoying!

"Anyways,...........this part is pretty serious. Listen carefully" Chae Joon said, looking serious. Looking at him, Tae Jin answered with a

"Hmmm"

Chae Joon: What?

Author: Just continue.

"To make the soul and contract feel at peace also rest on your and your chosen ghost's shoulders"

"What do you mean?" Tae Jin asked, confused.

"Your chosen ghost have to accept you in both mind and heart. He has to acknowledge you and if he does, it means he has also accepted your soul and the contract. Then.......your soul and the contract will be at peace, doing their thing right?"

"Right"

"You also have to do the same. If none of you does it, your soul will be restless, it will be sad, and then....... you'll experience fever. When your soul yearns for acceptance from your chosen ghost, you'll experience fever"

"Seriously?" Tae Jin asked, surprised.

Come to think of it........he (Chae Joon) did say something about fever.

Tae Jin thought.

*Sigh, all these was a lot to take in and it feels like he has already forgotten some parts.

Some of the information he just got.

"If you, the special one, you're sad or depressed because your chosen ghost hasn't accepted or acknowledged you, you'll experience fever as well"

Great! Here comes a sickness he (Tae Jin) didn't want!!

"You know, your soul and the contract accepts your chosen ghost the moment you meet because they know them. They know they're the reason why they're here. They know, they're their mission" Se Jong said.

"What about the chosen ghost?"

"Well, since the chosen ghost is already a soul, the soul's conscious accepts it so does the contract in the chosen ghost. But then, at the end, the chosen ghost still have to choose whether he'll accept the special one's help or not. The soul's conscious cannot decide that for the chosen ghost" Chae Joon said.

*Sigh, Chae Joon sighed before adding,

"And truth be told, I don't know much about the contract and the soul's conscious in the chosen ghost"

"You're a chosen ghost. Ghost" Tae Jin said.

"Yet I don't know. I only know this much about special ones and their souls and the contracts in them" Chae Joon said.

Well,........he was still confused about all these but then.....he understood some parts.

"Let me get this straight.........If 'I'm not accepted' in both heart and mind or I don't accept my chosen ghost in both mind and heart, I'll suffer from fever. If 'my soul is sad' because our chosen ghost hasn't accepted us or I haven't accepted our chosen ghost in both mind and heart, I'll suffer from fever. If my chosen ghost crosses over and the contract is ceasing to exist, I'll suffer from fever. Not accepting my chosen ghost or my chosen ghost not accepting me also means we haven't accepted or acknowledged the contract"

"That's right" Chae Joon confirmed, thinking if he was right.

Was the information correct? And was Tae Jin right? He was talking too fast just now, he didn't catch some words yet he still confirmed to it.

*Sigh, even he was getting confused here.

"And if my soul yearns for acceptance from our chosen ghost, I'll also suffer from fever"

"Right" Se Jong said.

They didn't exactly do well explaining everything but it looks like Tae Jin understood some parts.

The important ones.

That was good. Se Jong thought.

"He didn't want to accept me in both mind and heart or even accept the fact that I might be his special one, .............and he didn't....... he's gone now. What will become of me?" Tae Jin asked, head lowered down, a sad expression on his face.

This totally got their (Chae Joon and Se Jong) attentions.

"Is okay Tae Jin" Se Jong assured him but he didn't need it.

"Go on" Tae Jin said, a blank expression on his face as he looked at Chae Joon.

*Sigh, Se Jong sighed as he watched Tae Jin, feeling sorry for him.

Poor Tae Jin.

Did Hae Jin really leave him alone?

Did he abandon him? That's can't be good.

Tae Jin will suffer.

"If you reject your chosen ghost or your chosen ghost rejects you,......the contract will then break and it will cease to exist. During the process of it ceasing to exist, you'll suffer from high fever. If you get through the high fever, you'll lose the ability to see your chosen ghost"

"What if you have the ability to see other ghosts?"

"You'll see other ghosts but not him. That's not all, you'll also forget everything about him. All the memories you had with him, you'll forget them all"

Seriously?

This.........this news pained him (Tae Jin) but then..........

"I guess I know what to do now. I just have to make sure I don't think about him, then I won't get sick"

"Doesn't work that way, you that. If your soul gets sad or depressed, you'll..... you'll get sick" Se Jong said.

Tae Jin knew this already why was he acting like he didn't know?

Must be the effect of hearing such bad news.

"And if Hae Jin doesn't accept you in both mind and heart, you'll get sick. The same goes for you. If you don't accept him in both mind and heart, you'll get sick"

"Guess at the end,......I carry all the sufferings. I've never rejected him in both mind and heart. I've always kept him in mind and heart. For 12 years, he was all I thought about when I left. Not a day went by that I didn't think about him, fantasising about what our meeting again will be like. I never forgot him" Tae Jin confessed and silence blew after his confession.

Se Jong and Chae Joon watched him, feeling sorry for him.

Looks like Tae Jin went through a lot.

Noticing how quiet it was after his confession, Tae Jin spoke to clear the atmosphere,

"From what you just said, it means I can choose to be my chosen ghost's special one..........I can choose not"

"Exactly, you can choose. But if you don't become his special one, you'll pay the price. If you reject your chosen ghost, you'll suffer from high fever which can kill you" Chae Joon answered.

Well,........he (Tae Jin) got that part. 

He can die..........for some reason he wasn't scared of dying.

"Does it happen to just special ones? Are we the only ones who forget everything?" Tae Jin asked and Chae Joon answered.

"Yes"

Now,........he (Tae Jin) didn't know how to feel about that.

"Also, when we're not accepted, when the soul mission is completed and the chosen ghost crosses over, when the soul yearns for acceptance from the chosen ghost, when the soul is sad, when we're sad or depressed, we're the only ones who suffers from fever and when we get rejected or we reject them (Chosen ghosts) we're the only ones who suffer from high fever" Se Jong said.

Well,......that........hold on.

He (Tae Jin) just remembered something.

"You know, I suffered from fever once. It was after that incident with Clara Newton"

"Clara Newton?" Se Jong asked, curiousity getting the better of him.

"Yes, I suffered from fever but I didn't think about my hy— him not accepting me. And I believed it was because of everything I was going through but from what I just learnt. I don't believe that anymore. That time, I only wished I was by his side. And I guess,......... my soul was the reason why I got sick"

But.......it could also be a fever that had nothing to do with ghost stuffs, right?

Then again,........ after everything he just learnt, it was definitely related to ghost stuffs, right?

"Yes, I think so too. It must have been sad, depressed watching you go through everything alone. It must have wished or yearn for acceptance from Hae Jin. It must have wished he (Hae Jin) was with you because he's the only one who would understand you" Chae Joon explained.

And Tae Jin watched him, a little surprised.

"When the soul yearns for acceptance from the chosen ghost, you suffer from fever as well. That's why you experience that fever"

Chae Joon said.

"Why are you talking like you know everything?"

Tae Jin asked but Chae Joon didn't answer and only smiled.

It was pretty easy.

"That incident with Clara Newton involved ghosts right?" Se Jong asked and Tae Jin answered,

"Yes" and when people around him found out, they didn't take it well.

They weren't nice.

He became the biggest freak in the school. They........they didn't treat him like human.

This was one of the main reasons why he hurriedly came back after his mother called.

"No wonder your soul was sad" Chae Joon said.

"I guess I got all my answers now" Tae Jin said.

He really did but there was just too much he didn't know.

"Then........ I'll go look for Hae Jin, how long has he been gone?" Chae Joon asked as he got up.

Chae Joon said, glaring at Tae Jin, surprising both Se Jong and Tae Jin.

"Why........why are you talking like you know him?" Tae Jin asked.

"Yes, judging by the way you spoke about him...it looks like you know him very well" Se Jong said.

What was he hiding from him now? Chae Joon said there will be no secrets between them, so what........

"I don't. Sung Yoon told me all these" Chae Joon said, avoiding eye contact with them.

"Right, Sung Yoon, she has to know what's going on, maybe she can help us" Se Jong said.

Angry, Tae Jin yelled, "Like I said! He's not lost! He's not in danger! He left on his own!"

"I'll go look for him. Take care Se Jong" Chae Joon said, ignoring Tae Jin.

That brat didn't deserve to be Hae Jin's special one.

"Sure" Se Jong replied with a smile and watched Chae Joon leave.

He walked through the door, leaving the room.

"Now, ready to talk about your feelings?" Se Jong asked Tae Jin and he rolled his eyes before saying

"I don't think so"

*Sigh, stubborn Tae Jin will always be stubborn.
