Time (Around 5pm)

In the family cabin far from the city, located in the woods was where Tae Jin was held.

Shin Hye was right.

Tied up in a chair with a rope, Tae Jin struggled to free himself.

Tae Jin was not in a good condition but he was thankful.

At least, the piece of cloth was no longer in his mouth.

He......hated that.

Shin Joon, wandered around the empty room, looking frustrated.

The knife in his right hand,

The piece of cloth in his left hand.

They were in the living room and it was empty, just a chair, which Tae Jin was tied up on.

In fact, there not nothing in the cabin.

No furniture.

It was empty and it was just them and the chair, in it.

"Why are you doing this?" Tae Jin asked, now calm, no longer trying to free himself cause he knew it was pointless.

The man tied it too tight.

"Shut up!" Shin Joon yelled out, annoyed, the kitchen pointed at Tae Jin.

Even so, Tae Jin was not afraid.

Help was on the way, he strongly believed.

"I trusted you! Believed in you!" He (Tae Jin) at yelled him, glaring at him (Shin Joon)

"And I didn't ask you to" Shin Joon.

*Sigh he (Shin Joon) sighed before saying,

"Your parents will be here soon. Definitely, Shin Hye will lead them here" 

Shin Joon knew Sun and Hee Young will ask about where they might be from his daughter.

Wanting to see them hurt more, he decided not to send them their location.

Yes, he has revealed himself to his daughter by doing this.

But then, Shin Hye had to find out.

It was time she knew all the luxurious stuffs she was enjoying wasn't hers.

And if she wanted them all, she had to fight.

Fight with him.

Fight by his side.

He just hope,......Shin Hye won't join them.

He still didn't know if they told her everything, what he did and what he planned to do it now.

He still did not know Shin Hye's reaction, thoughts.

That's, if she knew everything.

He did not want his daughter to see how terrible he could be.

Not when he did not know her reaction, thoughts, plans.

"I'll kill you three and Mrs Park will cover up everything" Shin Joon said.

"Mrs Park!" Tae Jin asked, in shock.

Mrs Park, had everything needed to cover up everything.

He'll be saved.

Even so,.......he (Shin Joon) did not want to do this again.

First it was Hae Jin.

He drove the truck that killed him (Hae Jin)

And Mrs Park covered up everything.

Making it look like it was an accident and it was Hae Jin's fault cause he was not paying attention while crossing the road.

The driver, him, was never mentioned or revealed.

Shin Joon was saved.

And then, the servant, Yoon Ah, she found out everything and wanted to report and she was killed.

By Mrs Park herself.

And now, she wants her to kill Tae Jin, Hee Young and Sun cause she felt threatened.

Thinking they'll reveal everything now.

Also, it was better this way.

She.....They (Mrs Park and Shin Joon) will never feel threatened again.

However,.......... Shin Joon still did not fully want to do this.

After killing Hae Jin, he never, not once! Had a good rest.

And knowing he was related to Yoon Ah's death, made it worst.

But then,......he was too afraid of Mrs Park.

That woman had everything!

If he dare go against her, he'll end up dead, just like Hae Jin, Yoon Ah, Tae Jin, Hee Young and Sun who are about to die this very day.

And,........even if he did not end up dead, Mrs Park will definitely take everything from him.

Everything!

She might put the blame on him.

Hae Jin's death, Yoon Ah's death, Hee Young, Sun and Tae Jin, their deaths, she'll put everything on him and he will end up imprisoned for years! 

Or,........she'll only take everything from him.

And he,.....will end up with that family hospital and the family house.

Those were his.

And even those, weren't rightfully his in the first place.

Come to think of it,.........how he got the house and the hospital,...... Mrs Park could also use that against him.

He.......He..... was......not safe.

"Why are you working for Mrs Park?" Tae Jin asked, a deep frown on his face.

Mrs Park.

It was the same Mrs Park right?

Why?

Why was she doing this?

What did she want?

Tae Jin wasn't around when they talked about Mo Ah or Mrs Park, so, he doesn't know the real her and what she did.

"Why? All my life I worked hard, trying to make my parents proud. Please them. Trying to be their favorite and where did that take me? They gave the inheritance to my older brother! Both the hospital and the house! I did everything and yet, I still got nothing" Shin Joon said, angry.

"You have a brother?" Tae Jin asked, surprised.

He did not know about him.

Who was he?

Where was he?

"I made him go crazy. Manipulated him to give me the inheritance. I took the hospital and the house. But then,........there was evidence. The pills I gave him. And......... Mrs Park came out nowhere. She saved me and no one found out. What I did, did not go public. She took care of everything. And then she asked me to be her partner. If we could get rid of Park Hae Jin, the inheritance will be ours. And we did and everything was ours. Just a few strings and we.....we got it all" Shin Joon said, smiling like a maniac.

Hae Jin......They both knew him.

They killed him.

They killed his hyung.

"You.... you're both monsters" Tae Jin said, angry.

"I know. But I never thought I'll kill someone again. Aunt Yoon Ah, she was murdered and I knew about it. May her soul rest in peace" Shin Joon said, a sad look on his face, hand on his chest.

"Her soul will definitely not rest in peace until you join her" Tae Jin said, glaring at him.

Shin Joon burst out laughter, tears in his eyes.

"Hahahah!! That's some words. But maybe you're right. I see her right beside me" he said, looking beside him, a sorry look on his face.

What?

Yoon Ah?

Who was that?

Also,

Tae Jin could not see anyone and he was supposed to be the medium.

Definitely,.... This man was.......

Insane.

"Why don't you give up everything? To save your soul?" Tae Jin asked.

"My daughter...the next generation of our family will be fine with it. They won't have to work hard. Everyone will have a share and they won't have to fight, kill or themselves for it"  Shin Joon answered.

"Who says so? No one knows tomorrow. You're be dead and gone then. Also, never thought that, maybe your desendants will not want the family inheritance? Maybe they'll want to build something of their own. Chose their own paths. Never thought about that?" Tae Jin asked.

"And doing so, you need money" Shin Joon said.

"They want to get their own money. Work hard for it. Never thought about that?" Tae Jin asked.

Annoyed, he yelled out, "Shut up!!"

"I'm just helping" Tae Jin said.

Right then, they heard the sound of a car.

Parking.

Engine off.

 "Oh, they're here" Shin Joon said, smiling.

"Five, Four, Three, Two, One" he counted and right after 'One', the front door burst opened, Hee Young and Sun coming in.

"Tae Jin!!!!" Hee Young yelled out, worried and horrified to see her son's condition.

"Now isn't this great? We're all here" Shin Joon said, smiling.

"Tae Jin!" Sun called out to him, about to take a step.

"Stay back! Or I will kill this boy!" Shin Joon said in serious mode, knife on Tae Jin's throat.

It was at this moment, Shin Hye, Hae Jin and Chae Joon came in.

Jay and Se Jong were waiting outside.

Just like Chae Joon and Shin Hye said.

Even though they didn' agree and were unease, they still followed their orders.

*Sigh, Shin Joon breathed out in relief.

It was just like he wanted.

Sun and Hee Young were here.

Just that,.......Shin Hye was here too and she....did not look happy about this.

Shin Joon could only see his daughter cause Hae Jin and Chae Joon were not showing themselves.

Hae Jin and Chae Joon were worried, wanted to put an end to everything themselves, right now.

However, Shin Hye begged them not to.

She said she'll do this herself.

Get her dad to drop his plans.

They were waiting for her.

If she did not succeed, Hae Jin will take matters into his own hands. 

"Dad! Please stop this! Stop everything! Is not too late. You can mend your ways. Choose the right path" Shin Hye said, desperate. Devastated, worried about her dad.

"Funny. Shin Hye, my daughter, there is no such thing as right or wrong. There's only winners and losers. Strongers and weaklings. If you want something, you take it. Whether you use the right way or the wrong way. You should decide....... "

"Dad what you're doing is not right" Shin Hye said.

Guess, he (Shin Joon) knew now his daughter's thoughts.

She was not on his side, right?

"Listen to your daughter " The illusion, Yoon Ah, said to Shin Joon.

"Shut up! You shut up! This is none of your business!" He yelled at her, surprising Tae Jin, Hae Jin, Hee Young, Shin Hye, Sun and Chae Joon.

"Who is he talking to?" Chae Joon asked. 

"I don't see anyone" Sun said.

"Definitely, he's going crazy" Hae Jin said.

Devastated, Shin Hye called out to her dad, "Dad........"

"They're..... They're all here. I and my daughter, we'll be the ones to leave here alive. Everyone else must die. Mrs Park's orders. To keep the truth a secret, as it should be. I'll get everything! Everything! Mrs Park is all alone in this world! That means,.....I and my family, we'll inherit everything! Everything!" Shin Joon said, smiling.

He looked sick.

Mentally sick.

And Shin Hye was even more devastated.

Her father was this sick and she never knew.

"Now! Who should I kill first?" Shin Joon asked, looking at their (Sun, Hee Young, Shin Hye, Chae Joon and Hae Jin) direction.

"Tae Jin?" He (Shin Joon) asked, smiling.

"No!!" Hee Young yelled out, horrified and she was not the only one.

Hae Jin, Chae Joon, Shin Hye and Sun, they all were.

"Then Kim Hee Young?" He (Shin Joon) asked.

"No!" Shin Hye yelled out.

"Maybe it should be Lee Sun"

"Stay away from my parents" Tae Jin yelled at him (Shin Joon)

Amused, Shin Joon laughed, "Your parents? Are you sure they're your parents?" He asked.

"Shin Joon!!" Hee Young yelled at him, horrified.

"What do you mean?" Tae Jin asked.

"Guys!!" Sung Yoon yelled out as she entered. Jay and Se Jong behind her.

Surprised, they (Shin Joon, Shin Hye, Hae Jin, Tae Jin, Chae Joon, Sun and Hee Young) turned to look at them.

Once again, Shin Joon could see just Jay and Se Jong.

"Jay" Shin Hye called out to him, worried and surprised.

"I told you to stay back" she said to Jay, worried.

"Se Jong, what are you doing here?! I told you stay out until everything is over!" Chae Joon said to Se Jong who now stood beside him (Chae Joon)

"Did you really think I'll do that?" He asked with a smile and Chae Joon smiled.

Of course not.

He (Chae Joon) thought.

"Sung Yoon! What are you doing here?" Hae Jin asked Sung Yoon who also stood beside him.

"I made my brother call Se Jong for an update and he told us what's going on. Also sent us the location when I called. You were on your way here when he sent it" Sung Yoon said and he nodded.

That explained a lot.

"I came with my brother" Sung Yoon said.

She had no car.

Had no driving license.

However, her brother did.

So she brought him along.

"You came with your brother? Calling the police would have been fine don't you think? And why did you bring your brother? Is dangerous here!" Hae Jin yelled at her.

Of course, everyone heard loud and clear, except Shin Joon.

And for some reason, Shin Hye could hear Hae Jin as well. See him as well.

Even thought he hasn't revealed himself.

"Well, you guys could have called the police but you didn't. And anyway, we were in a hurry. Weren't thinking. We can't let anything bad happen to you guys" she (Sung Yoon) said.

"I and Chae Joon will be fine. He can't see us. But the others........he plans on killing Tae Jin, Hee Young and Sun, but I won't let that happen" Hae Jin said.

"Why haven't you taken any action?" Sung Yoon asked, confused.

"Shin Hye begged us to not. She doesn't want her father getting hurt" Hae Jin said, glaring at Shin Joon.

The truth was, he planned on hurting Shin Joon.

Not because of what he and Mo Ah did to him.

But because he dare touch Tae Jin.

"Why are there so many of you now?!" Shin Joon yelled out, horrified.

He could only see Se Jong, Jay, Shin Hye, Lee Sun and Kim Hee Young.

However, he couldn't shake off the feeling that, there was someone else.

Someone he couldn't see.

There was more here he couldn't see.

But then.....this......this was crazy right?

"Se Jong! What are you doing here? And you! Who are you?!" Shin Joon pointed a finger at Jay, glaring at him.

Seriously!

These two (Se Jong and Jay) were destroying his plans!

Now, he had to kill more than three!

The original plan!

"J...." Jay, anxious, nervous! Could not let out another word.

"Jay dad, he's my boyfriend" Shin Hye said, taking his hand.

Jay looked at her, surprised and grateful at the same time.

"So you're the cause! You ruined everything and now I have to kill more people!!" Shin Joon yelled out, angry.

Wow! This was not what he (Jay) imagined meeting his father-in-law would be like.

"Father-in-law" the stupid Jay called out to him (Shin Joon)

"What?!" Shin Joon exclaimed, surprised and furious.

"Oh, no!" Jay yelled out, covering his mouth with his hands.

Ahhh! This stupid mouth of his!!

He (Jay) thought.

Getting himself together, Jay freed his stupid mouth, "I mean Uncle Joon. Please calm down. This isn't the way" he (Jay) said, angering Shin Joon even more.

"Don't tell me what to do! I'm the adult here!" Shin Joon yelled at him (Jay)

"If being an adult means being like you, then I'll stay a kid for the rest of my life" Se Jong said and rolled his eyes.

"What?!" Shin Joon screamed out, annoyed.

"Dad! Just listen to me this once. You never listen to me" Shin Hye said.

"If I didn't, I wouldn't have let you go with Tae Jin to the states" Shin Joon said.

"Have you been lying to yourself all this times? Thinking you did everything for me. For my happiness?" Shin Hye asked, tears in her eyes.

"What? I........." Shin Joon began but Shin Hye cut him off.

"Dad, you did none of this for me. You had bad intentions. Everything you did was part of your plans to hide this hideous secret"

No......That was not so!

Shin Hye should believe him (Shin Joon)!

"You didn't want to do this alone right? That's why you told Uncle Sun and Aunt Hee Young everything, right? You wanted their help with this huge burden. With this ambition, obsession, that was slowly taking away your happiness, peace and comfort"

"That......." Shin Joon said but couldn't find another word to complete his words.

"Dad, aren't you tired? Please give up now. I don't need all this money to be happy. I'll work hard to get my own. I only need my loving and caring father. The man you showed me all these years. That was the real you dad, none of this.....is you. I want my dad back" Shin Hye said through tears.

Jay held her hand tight and she was grateful.

All this.....was too much for her (Shin Hye)

"I can't go back Shin Hye. I'll end up in prison. I killed a person, stole something that wasn't mine. Threatened and blackmailed people just to have them on my side........I ........don't want to end up in prison. Separate from you my child. You're my everything and I love you more than anything else. Your mother and you mean the world to me" Shin Joon said, tears streaming down from his eyes.

Hae Jin, did not pity him.

He did not feel sorry for him.

He hated him (Shin Joon)

"Do we? Haven't you noticed? Mother is afraid of you. She won't look you in the eyes. Won't smile genuinely around you.......you....you have lost her" Shin Hye said, surprising Shin Joon.

"What?" He (Shin Joon) asked, surprised.

In disbelief.
