Eden povI woke up in the bed alone. As soon as my eyes shot open, I jumped out of the bed and scanned the surroundings. Although I could overlook the fact that I was completely alone, I couldn’t ignore the feeling of the imposing dread in the pit of my stomach. Something was terribly wrong, the house was too quiet. Eden pov“No!” I screamed with all my might and felt my body collapse on the ground. My hands shot to my ears and the monster screamed so loud, the sound echoed throughout the forest. “Run! Don’t look back!” I shouted to the terrified kid. At this point, I had no idea if the kid was still around, covering nearby, all I cared about was to get the innocent soul away from me. The worst part was that as my gaze met Mathildas, I found desperation I hadn’t seen ever before.
