The look on Lucius' face was priceless. I knew he didn’t expect me to kill the Alpha, but that had to be done before the traitor had a chance to ruin everything.

Earlier, when Lucius took Eden to the house, I wanted to run away. I seriously thought of running back home, but Leo reminded me we need some clothes so I wouldn’t run around butt naked. Not that I minded, but I supposed my wolf was right when he pointed out that others would mind.
