"Do you like Mauren?"

The question kept ringing in Arka's mind. Actually, it wasn't so much the question as why he had remained silent when the question came out of Naya's lips and was directed at him. He should have answered with one word NO so that she and Naya wouldn't get into a fight like this.

Yup, because that incident made Naya angry at Arka. Naya didn't even want to pick up her husband's calls. Let alone pick up the call, she didn't even want to read the message.

Honestly, Arka really felt guilty. Why was it so difficult to answer such a simple question? He knew that he didn't like Mauren at all. He closeness with Mauren was purely limited to being friends.

"I know Naya is here, please let me in."

Currently Arka was already at Juna and Yuna's house. The man was very sure that Naya was there. 

"But Naya doesn't want to see you."

"Yuna, please let me in. Do you want to see your friend fighting like this with her husband? I just want to solve our problem."

Yuna looked away, staring at Juna as if asking a question. Without saying a word Juna nodded, allowing Yuna to let Arka into their house.

While Arka and Naya talked together, Yuna and Juna decided to bring Kenzo outside so they could have a focused conversation.

"Are you sure it's okay if we leave them?" Yuna asked Juna. Currently, they and Kenzo were in the park of the complex where they lived.

"What would Arka do to Naya to make you afraid? Yuna, Arka would never physically hurt Naya, let them solve their problems together.

Elsewhere, Arka was seen knocking on the door of the room where Naya was, but Naya seemed reluctant to open the door.

Knowing the door was unlocked, Arka immediately entered without asking permission. It could be seen that Naya was sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Naya."

"What are you here for? Go away, I don't want to see you!"

Instead of following Naya's orders, Arka took a step forward towards his wife. The man seated himself on the edge of the same bed as Naya.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I should have been more mature. I'm sorry Naya."

Naya remained silent.

"I know you're very angry. You have the right to be angry too. Naya, I don't like Mauren as much as you think. I've considered him a friend so I feel a little worried when I don't see her around. I know my behavior was wrong and I unknowingly hurt you, I'm sorry."

"Naya, can we go home? Let's solve our problems at home. Whatever you want to do to me, I surrender. As long as you want to come home with me."

Naya, who didn't want to look at her husband at all, slowly began to turn her head. Honestly, she didn't want to fight like this with Arka either. It was just that she didn't like that her husband was too worried about other women.

"Why? Why do you have to be so worried about her? You're nothing to her, Arka."

"I'm sorry."

"Even if you don't like her, what about Mauren? What if your kind gesture makes her like you? Haven't you ever thought that far ahead?"

Arka was silent. She hadn't thought about that at all. All Arka knew was that Mauren wouldn't like her but she wasn't sure either.

"What if I forgive you on one condition?"

"I'll do whatever it takes."

"I want you to stay away from Mauren. Delete her contacts, never have any contact with her. Just like you asked me to stay away from Zack. Can you do that?"

Arka was instantly silent. I don't know what was going through the man's mind that it was so hard to agree to his wife's wishes.

"Why, you can't? You said your closeness with Mauren is only limited to lecturer and student? Didn't I give Mauren Edwin's number? If she needs help, she can contact Edwin directly. Or should I go to Edwin and ask him to always help Mauren?"

"If that's what you want, I'll do it."

"No need. Fine, I agree to your wish."

At that moment Arka took out his cell phone. He searched for Mauren's contact number and blocked it in front of Naya. I don't know why, but Arka's action was enough to make Naya relieved. 

To be honest, Naya was hesitant when she wanted to give Arka the conditions, she was afraid that Arka would reject her conditions and end up hurting her even more. But it turned out that her guess was wrong, Arka was willing to accept her conditions.

A woman's crying has not stopped in a house. Mauren, it has been 1 week that the woman has been crying for her father who just died one week ago.

Who would have thought that the reason why Mauren suddenly disappeared was because her father died. The woman was so devastated to lose her father.

"Mauren."

Mauren immediately turned around as soon as he heard someone calling his name. A long breath was clearly heard coming out of her mouth as soon as she knew who was currently coming towards him. Someone who was actually quite tormenting her.

"I'm sorry for your father's passing."

"Thank you."

"I know you're sad and devastated by your father's passing. But you must not forget our plan. I've given you a week to grieve so now it's time for you to get back to our plan."

"I...,"

"I don't want to hear you back out of our plan. Mauren, I've helped you pay your tuition fees, even during your father's illness and I paid for your father's funeral yesterday. Have you forgotten the message your father told you before he died? He wanted to see you succeed as a doctor. Isn't your goal in becoming a doctor to be able to treat patients who suffer from pain like your father?"

Mauren remained silent. The woman had no choice but to follow the words of the person currently in front of her.
