Chapter 94

At 11pm Arka suddenly got a call from an unknown number. Because he was too sleepy, the man immediately picked up the call without looking at the number first.

Until shortly thereafter, Arka's eyes were still closed and immediately opened perfectly when he heard a woman's crying voice from the call. 

"Hiks Mr. Arka please help me, it's me Mauren, sorry I'm calling you using a new number because my number can't be used to contact you."

With a panicked expression Arka woke up from his sleep. The man sat himself on the edge of the bed. 

"Mauren, is this really you?"

"Yes sir, it's me Mauren. Please help me sir, someone wants to harm me."

"Where are you?"

"At home, help me sir."

Until a few moments later a very loud gunshot was heard on the telephone line followed by a disconnection.

"Mauren! Mauren!"

Without thinking, Arka immediately rushed to Mauren's house. He was sure Mauren was in danger. He was so panicked that he didn't even have time to wake Naya up to say goodbye.

Lonely, maybe that one word can describe the atmosphere at Mauren's house at this time. Arka had arrived there but Mauren's house looked so quiet.

Afraid that something might have happened to Mauren, Arka immediately knocked on the door. But as he repeatedly knocked, there was no response from inside.

When he tried to open the door, he found it unlocked. Strange, why in the middle of the night was Mauren's door unlocked?

Arka finally decided to enter the house. While shouting Mauren's name, Arka surrounded the woman's house to look for her whereabouts. When she reached the second floor, she heard Mauren's voice asking for help.

In one of the rooms, Arka found Mauren lying on the floor with his hands and feet tied. Seeing this, Arka immediately helped him untie the rope. But just wanting to untie the rope, Arka suddenly felt a hard blow on his back. The blow was not only felt once but many times until it finally made him faint unconscious.

Elsewhere, Naya who had just woken up from her sleep to the sound of Kenzo's crying was suddenly startled when she didn't see Arka beside her.

Where is Arka? She thought.

Thinking that Arka might have gone to the bathroom or out for a drink, Naya decided to focus on calming Kenzo down. 

It took a while for Naya to calm Kenzo down. It took at least 30 minutes. But strangely, she didn't see Arka return to the room.

After putting Kenzo to sleep in his bed, Naya tried to check on Arka in the bathroom. But she wasn't there.

Naya decided to leave the room, looking for her husband in the bathroom outside the room or in the kitchen, in case he was in the kitchen. But again she didn't find her husband. Naya looked for her husband in every corner of the house but to no avail.

Finally, Naya decided to leave the house. Until finally the woman did not find her husband's car parked in front of the house. It was certain that Arka had gone to wait for the car.

"Where did Arka go in the middle of the night like this? Why didn't he wake me up?"

Naya waited for hours for her husband to come home but he didn't come home until 4am. Eventually she fell asleep in the living room waiting for him to come home.

Kenzo's loud crying woke Naya up. The woman immediately woke up startled, glancing at the clock on the wall that already showed 7am. She realized she had fallen asleep in the living room.

Hearing Kenzo's cries, which were getting louder, made Naya rush to the room. 

Naya held Kenzo in her arms while calming him down. 

"It's already 7am, but why isn't Arka home yet? Where did he go anyway!"

Naya was honestly very upset. How could she not be, her husband suddenly left without saying goodbye to her. He hadn't even come home since last night until this morning. Where the hell did that guy go.

Elsewhere, the sound of a woman crying was heard, making the man sleeping beside her immediately wake up because he heard the sound.

Arka, while holding his head which still felt dizzy, the man opened his eyes slowly.

The first thing he saw when his eyes successfully opened was the figure of the woman who was currently sitting next to him while looking down crying.

"Mauren?"

Yup Mauren. The woman was seen sitting next to him while looking down in tears. Don't forget how she looked, only the blanket she was wearing managed to cover her upper body which was not wearing a single thread.

"Mauren what's wrong with you?"

"Hiks why is Mr. Arka mean to me?"

"Evil? What do you mean?"

"Mr. Arka has taken away my chastity hiks why is Mr. Arka so mean to me hiks."

"Took away? Took away what? What are you saying, Mauren? I don't understand at all."

"Hiks, Mr. Arka forgot what you did to me last night?"

Arka immediately looked down. The man was shocked to find himself naked, not wearing any clothes. 

"No! No way! I didn't do anything to you, right? No!"

Mauren continued to cry while Arka was confused remembering what had happened between her and Mauren.

"Naya, what's wrong, why do you look panicked?"

Because Arka didn't come home until noon, Naya finally went to Juna's house to ask about Arka's whereabouts, just in case Juna knew where the man had gone.

"Juna, do you know where Arka went?"

"Arka left?"

Naya nodded

"Last night while I was sleeping, I suddenly didn't see him. When I checked his car, it wasn't there. It looks like he left. But until now he hasn't come home. I'm worried, he's not usually like this."

Juna was also worried after hearing Naya's story. Not wanting anything to happen to Arka, Juna finally tried to contact one of his friends who was a lecturer at the campus where he taught. Juna asked his friend if he had seen Arka on campus or not, maybe Arka was having some business on campus. But his friend said he didn't see Arka on campus.

"Not on campus either, so where did Arka go?"

"Naya, have you contacted Arka's parents, who knows she went home because of something?"

"I did, mom and dad said that Arka didn't go there."

"Ckkk then where did he go? You wait here, I'll get ready for a while and then we'll search together."
