Chapter 15. Katrina.

"Who are you and what are you doing in my room?" I asked, my voice calm yet laced with anger due to the invasion of privacy. I sat up straight, my eyes fixed on the woman, my hands clenched into fists.

The woman scoffed, her eyes narrowing as she glared back at me. "I should be asking you that question instead," She retorted, her voice just as haughty as her expression. "Who are you and what are you doing in our territory?" She asked, her voice laced with venom, her words dripping with malice.

I pressed my lips together, regarding her for a moment, my anger simmering beneath the surface. The woman before me was a very beautiful woman, no doubt, yet she had an uncanny air around her. The deep plunge red gown she had on revealed intricate markings, reminding me of the ones I saw on Adonis' skin that night. Her long jet black hair had red highlights, her cat eyes glaring at me disapprovingly.
