Chapter Thirty Five

Aurora’s POV

A few days had passed since my encounter with Klaus. I hardly stepped out of my room, opting for my food to be brought to my room instead. I refused to see my dad even though he had come knocking a few times. I needed the solitude to decide what to do next. By the third day, I decided that I had spent enough time being cooped up. It was time to face the real world. I dressed up and made my way to the pack house. I was intent on clearing things up with my dad.

My dad looked up in surprise when he saw me at the door.

“Dad… we need to talk,” I said pensively

“Dear… come in. How are you? I’m sorry about the other day. I shouldn’t have reacted in such a way,” My dad said looking sheepish. Guilt was written all over his face.

“It’s fine Dad. I understand it must have been very shocking, not to mention disappointing.” I said while taking a seat.
