Chapter Sixty One

At exactly 1 pm, the party started in full swing, in the living room and extended to the backyard. In as much as Nancy wanted to celebrate her son's birthday, she was against having a very loud event. She only extended invitations to Jayden's playmate at daycare, really close family members, friends, and neighbors.

"Holy shit!" Nancy's lips curved into a smile, the moment she sighted Nadia come inside. She left what she was doing and hurriedly made her way towards her.
