As Jane's condition worsened, Dean and Mae rushed her to the best hospital in the city. She was sweating profusely, her skin growing paler by the minute. Concern etched on their faces, they anxiously waited in the hospital's waiting room for the doctor that attended to Jane.

While the doctors examined Jane, their expressions turned increasingly grim. Dean's heart raced as he watched them, his anxiety mounting with each passing second. When they finally emerged from the treatment room, Dean's eyes were fixed on their faces, searching desperately for any sign of hope.

However, the doctors shook their heads solemnly, their expressions apologetic. "We're sorry," one of them began, his voice heavy with regret. "But we're forbidden to treat this patient."

Dean's shock was palpable as he processed the doctor's words. "What do you mean, forbidden?" he demanded, his voice trembling with disbelief. "She needs help. You have to do something."
