Chapter 119: Friend

“I'll take it,” Margaux said and quickly stood up to open the door.

But her eyebrows knitted together as soon as it opened and revealed the scene from outside. She looked around but saw nothing which made her puzzled.

“Huh? Is someone trying to prank here?” she mumbled in confusion.

“Who is it?” Josh queried.

Margaux shrugged, “I don't know. There's no one there as I opened the door,” she elaborated.

The guy tilted his head and tried to look outside as well from the bed. “Someone is probably pulling a prank,” he stated as he saw nothing as well.

“Here? I'll have the CCTV check later. Playing here is not allowed,” she said in a serious tone while closing back the door.

Josh wore a huge smile while watching her intently. But Margaux was oblivious of that as she was marching back to her seat.
