Chapter 123: Kidnap

Hendrix turned off the phone before tossing it back in her bag. “There,” he said and smiled in satisfaction as if he had accomplished a very huge task.

He then turned to Margaux while he put her bag behind him to prevent her from getting it back.

Meanwhile, Margaux folded her arms while glaring at him. “What are you doing?!” she asked.

Her voice was like ice but he just gave her a wide smile in return which made her gaze sharpened even more.

“Stop fooling me!” she snarled.

“Fooling you?” His thick eyebrows raised, then shook his head slowly, “I’m not fooling you,” he answered.

“You’re not?” Margaux scoffed, “Then, what do you mean by this?”

Hendrix looked at her, confused. He didn’t understand what she was trying to say but he was telling the truth when he said he was not fooling her. How can he fool her though? He was scared to do that, especially after she threatened that she would deport him back to the Philippines. He can accept to be banned anywhere and be homeless as long as
