Chapter Twenty

Dennis got home after the long day's work to meet Kelsey in the kitchen cooking.

He thought to himself while driving home to ask Kelsey why she doesn't go out for work.

"Welcome", Kelsey said to him as he got into the house.

Dennis nodded and rushed up the stairs, he pulled off his shirt and trousers, picked up his robe and motioned for the bathroom.

Dennis stood under the shower as the water flowed down his body.

Minutes later, he emerged from the room in his nightwear, he walked down the stairs and on to the dining room, Kelsey had already set the table.

Dennis ate in silence as he thought about how to talk to Kelsey about working.

He walked back to the main room after eating and waited for Kelsey to finish up what she was doing in the kitchen.

Kelsey walked to him after some minutes, "Good night", she murmured and turned to leave.

"Hey", Dennis called and Kelsey turned back, "I have to discuss something with you", he added, "Take a seat", Dennis muttered pointing to the cushion bes
