Chapter One Hundred

Denis returns home with ~~b~~ and ~~g~~. He calls out to Kelsey but there was no answer, he called again but there was still no answer.

“Maybe she’s asleep?”

“Yeah, go check on her.”

He rushed up the stairs to her room and knocked on the door but there was still no response, he was getting worried so he let himself in.

He didn’t find Kelsey, panic pierced through his skin slowly like hard drug. The room was empty. There were empty hangers hanging in the closet, her shoe rack, it was empty. Kelsey's gone.

He sat down on the bed and ran his hands though his hair.

What have I done? He tried calling but her phone was turned off.

Where could she have gone? Is she okay? Just one word from her would put him at ease. His eyes found the tray of food on the dressing table, she didn’t even finish it, he lifted the tray to take to the kitchen and a note slipped from beneath it.

He went down to meet his friends after reading the note, he had even forgotten about the tray of food.
