Chapter One Hundred Eight

“You look exactly like your mother did when she was young. It’s like travelling back in time.” Jerry laughed exposing his perfect set of white teeth. Kelsey was pumped to meet someone who knew her mother, she would kill if to get any information about her mother. Her older sister was not exactly chatty about the topic or anything really.

She never tells her anything about their mum. It’s like an unspoken rule between them not bring up anything that has to do with their mother.

“How did you two know each other?” Kelsey asks taking a seat next to Jerry. Simon still hadn’t stop staring at her in that weird way but if that was the only thing she had to endure to hear stories about her mother, then she was more than willing.

“I don’t look like it now but I used to be quite handsome and it’s only fitting for the most good looking guy in the pack to date the most good looking girl.” He boasts and shrugs casually like it’s not a big deal that he used to date her mother.
