Chapter Fifty One

Sunday morning, Kelsey had just received a text message from Kate. She will be coming to the mansion with some women. They will be holding a meeting regards the forthcoming ceremony.

When Kelsey told Dennis about the women Kate was coming with that morning, he told Alice to drop by and advised Kelsey to invite Janet too. That way, she won't be lost among the older women.

Before the women arrived, Janet and Alice had assisted Kelsey in setting up the backyard. A large round table was placed in the backyard under a shade and stools were placed around the table. The table top carried a tray of fresh cookies, wine and glass jugs filled with juice.

Kate and the two women who were much older than her arrived at noon. They were led to the backyard by Kelsey. The weather was a bit hot so Kelsey felt the backyard was the ideal venue.
