Chapter: One Hundred & Six

Catherine’s POV:

Seeing that John and the doctors already exited the ward, I rushed into the ward and hurried towards my kids. They were still on oxygen, but I could read their pulse, so I pulled away the oxygen from them, put Julia on my back, and tied her with the blanket—then I lifted Jason onto my arms and vacated the room.

Thanks to the moon goddess, I successfully turned off the connections of the camera, so there was no way for them to get us. I followed the emergency exit door and found myself at the back of the hospital, then I hurried to the back gate and left through it.

Down the street, everywhere looked weird, I never knew somewhere like this existed. Since it was Doctor John who took us, how come he didn't take us to his hospital? Was he trying to hide us or what?
