CATHERINE’S POV

The incident drew the attention of the people around, but the most difficult thing was that the culprit was not seen, and that made people contemplate what was going on. Seeing John in a pool of blood made me share his pain with him, so the least I could do at that moment was call the ambulance to come over as quickly as possible.
