Looking around the burning room I am confused and scared and worried about how I even got here to begin with. I burnt my hand and it was still throbbing, but it didn’t seem to be healing or even progressing like it should be. Not for a wolf. I tried to call Elsa forward, but I got nothing. It was radio silent inside my head. Like she wasn’t there at all. I tried to move forward towards the fire again, trying to find another way out. When I saw a break in the fire, I thought I would take my chance. But it closed up again, before I had a chance to run through it and my shirt caught on fire. CONNOR POV It didn’t take Aurora or myself long to fall asleep that night. We’d spent most of the day traveling so we were pretty tired. But I wish it had stayed like that. In the early hours of the morning I was woken by Aurora screaming. It scared the hell out of me and I turned to look at her and she was thrashing around on her side of the bed, sweat pouring off of her. I grabbed her shoulders and tried to wake her. Whatever this nightmare was, it was definitely a bad one. And I had been there after she’d had a few bad nightmares. But nothing like this. I shook her several times and called her name, but I got no response. She wasn’t responding to me at all. I tried to sit her up, but she was really limp in my arms. I ran to the door and flew it open with so much force that it almost came off the hinges and I started screaming for Miles. He came running into our room, with a few people following, but they stayed outside the door. Miles tried to help me wake her up.

Peyton started waving her hands around and chanting in a strange language. I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she was speaking so softly that it was almost impossible for me to hear with my werewolf hearing. AURORA’S POV I sat there staring at the red witch while Connor was still right in front of me. He was looking between her and me. He knew that there was something going on here. I was still a little confused. I was stuck in a burning room with no way out and now I was in my bedroom, like I had just woken up from a bad dream or something. Only it wasn’t a dream. Connor and I spent some time in our room talking. I was trying to wrap my head around what had happened to me and Connor was trying to understand everything that happened to me in the burning room. It made sense with all the screaming that I was doing but he said that it didn’t even seem real. So when we finally went downstairs to find everyone else, they were all in the sitting room on the bottom floor of the castle. We got to the hospital in record time as soon as I went into labor and I could tell that Connor was panicking. And to tell you the truth, it was driving me crazy. I was taken straight to the birthing suite that was done up, just for me. A private room with all the perfect amenities that I didn’t ask them to do but no one would take no for an answer. AURORA POV As soon as I came through that portal, I knew it worked and that I was home again. I came through at the same place as when I went to the other realm. And I knew my way back to the castle just fine. I started running back to the castle, but I was slower these days with the stomach weighing me down. But as soon as I started getting that really funny feeling I started pushing myself to go faster and harder. Connor was in trouble and I needed to get to him now. As soon as I got to the castle, I saw wolves running off into the forest, but Connor was at the castle. I followed my feeling and his strongest scent around to the patio, only to see him standing on it and ready to jump off of it and kill himself. CONNOR POV I was laying in bed next to an empty vodka bottle when someone started banging on my bedroom door. It took us two days to get back to Arthur’s castle, and I was surprised to see that the damage from the attack was already fixed. His men worked pretty quickly around here. Even though it had only been two days, my stomach had swollen a lot more than it was when I killed Mila. I was actually a little curious to know how far along I was now. Because I had no idea and there was no way of telling until I got home. As soon as we got to the castle we were greeted with a hero’s welcome. It had already spread across the land that the black witch was dead. And the whole realm was rejoicing and celebrating the news. “You’re a local hero around here. Are you sure you want to leave?” Arthur asked. “As much as I think this place is beautiful, it’s not home.” I said. “I know. Come on, let’s go and see what they’ve found out.” He said. So we went inside and there were people scattered everywhere over two rooms of the castle. “Your majesty.” A woman said, bowing her head for Arthur.

As the dragon and I were battling it out, it started to realize that we weren’t going to be easy prey. When it had been distracted long enough, Arthur and his men snuck around the side and used their swords to slice the dragon’s legs. It was enough to get it’s attention and it fell back slightly, drawing it fire back from me and giving me the advantage. I released my fire at the dragon again, hitting it directly in the middle of the chest and causing it to catch on fire. It stumbled around and back into the middle of the mountain until it fell to the ground and didn’t get back up. I was pushed out of the way at the last second by someone who was then thrown down the hall by the electric blast. I heard Arthur start yelling and I turned around to see Uther on the ground and Arthur’s men were surrounding him. Mila started approaching us again, striking at us however she could, but I noticed that her anger was causing her to be careless and reckless. She wasn’t hitting anyone. She was just aiming towards them and hitting the building around them. So I got up and instead of using any magic against her right now, I charged at her and tackled her to the ground.
