THE WEDDING PREPARATION

Stacy called Tina and Lily after the boys had celebrated one year and six months and the princess was heading to celebrate her first birthday. She was a lovely kid who would bubble with laughter and had the warmest smile which was contiguous. The boys loved their younger sister and protected her from other kids who would want to pray with her they had become very protective. Stacy had noticed that both couples had done the civil wedding but she needed some excitement in the kings family so she had called the two ladies to inform them that it was high time they held the double wedding and since their kids were big enough to become the page boys and the princess to become the flower girl. It was high time the King family hosted the wedding and invited friends and family. Stacy who loved hosting parties could not wait to host a glad party.

She informed the ladies to prepare for the wedding which was to be held in three months. The girls had to prepare for the wedding they had baby bumps and Tina is the one who suggested that they needed to look good in their wedding dress now that neither of them was breastfeeding and her surgery had healed after giving birth using the “C” section surgery she felt it was the high time they did something positive for themselves. 

She decided they go to a gym, and can join swimming, dancing, and yoga classes to achieve the desire of her life looking good. Now that the boys were growing up she needed to seduce the man of her life and make him remember her as the girl, not his baby's mother. She needed to gain her sexy body back so she called the gym and booked an appointment as well as the yoga classes.

She then called Lily and told her they meet in the mall she wanted to show her something. As usual, Lily did not argue with her sister cum best friend but joined her in the mall where Tina directed her to the sportswear section. Lily was not understanding why they were going to that section and assumed maybe Ken had sent Tina to buy him sportswear. Hi, girl if I am not mistaken have you started buying your husband some sportswear, or have you joined the sports club? She enquired jokingly. Tina replied yes we are joining the sports club and become we are going to take care of our health and our looks we need to improve our self-esteem, increase our life energy and balance the body and mind.

Tina chose some gym clothes, swimming costumes, sports shoes and belts, gym tights, and bra and face bands to control sweet. Lily wanted to protest that her baby was still young and Tina told her don’t you think of trying to change your mind I have talked to the head teacher of my twin's preschool and she accepted to accommodate the princess in school and they will be attending together with the twins until two in the afternoon. Stacy wants to send our designer to fit us with the dresses we need to look the part. It's our wedding mama let's give people the show and look our best and before you say no let's tell you the advantages of a good body brought about by exercise and yoga.

Yoga is an expression of life it will fix your walking posture and will help you concentrate and reduce stress and depression and gives you the youthful and vibrant face needed especially on the wedding day. Yoga and exercise are ideal for weight loss, and muscle growth tones you up, and boosts your self-esteem Tina continued explaining to the most attentive Lily who was wondering when Tina did all that research. You cannot forget that exercise and yoga improve lung capacity, improves flexibility, and sexual function and reduces cholesterol and lowers blood pressure, and relieves chronic backache which was an issue, especially for Lily who spent most of the time on a painkiller to relieve the pain.

Tina continued convincing Lily how working out in the gym reduces stress, a place to unwind, practice dancing in aerobics, Zumba, and the bow lessons including booty dance on a lighter note, you shape up your booty and can entertain Jimmy and dance for him and let his saliva when he sees your sexy booty dance. Lily brushed and told Tina you are not convincing me girl. 

The gym will help you unwind, you will always sleep like a baby, and you can visit the jacuzzi and the sauna or the steam birth. The Jacuzzi will massage all your sore muscles and the water does a perfect massage to all parts of the body. If you want you can book a full body massage, or spa, and pamper yourself girl.  You need to rock girl it's our time let's look beautiful and make our men jealous.

The exercise will calm the anxiety we have over the wedding and lets Stacy worry about the preparation our work is to look beautiful for the day and make Mr. Parker one proud father giving us away together. That made Lily excited. A gym is also a social place we can make friends and be motivated in meeting right-headed people. We need to boost our mood positively and calm down anxiety and look beautiful, Tina concluded saying yes, Lily replied excitedly “Let's hit the road sister, it's our turn to look beautiful, I am with you all the way.” Making Tina happy that her efforts would not go in vain. She made a mental note that she had to call the gym club and the yoga class to confirm and start the coming Monday classes since it was approaching the weekend and Lily needed time to adjust her schedule and prepare herself psychologically and physically.

They bought clothes enough for sporting activities in a week including even 1 swimming lesson on the weekend so that it does not spoil their schedule. What Lily looked forward to more was the dance aerobics, the Zumba dance, and the swimming classes which were her favorite. She could not also fail to look good in her wedding dress which was a good enough motivation including improving her physical appearance and also improving sexual function at the end of the day have a good night's sleep and recuse experiencing m back pain.
