THE BACHELOR PARTY

Lewis was excited about the wedding considering he would be the best man for the double wedding and called his besties who were also in the bridal party and they planned for a road trip as a bachelor’s party. The road trip with a cross-country and nature theme would be held a month before the wedding because it would be so physical and the groom needed to be relaxed during their wedding day. The guys were advised to dress comfortably in hiking shoes and sportswear and they were to carry swimwear and changing clothes since it was an overnight event.

They organized a road trip and Lewis knowing how Ken is a nature lover wanted to make him happy the itinerary was to pass through the wonders of nature and explore the wildness and test their adrenaline by bungee jumping and skydiving to make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the bachelor’s they were and a trip to remember in their lifetime. The itinerary involved sky diving, bungee jumping, white water rafting, swimming near the waterfalls a walk in the wild while visiting the national park, hiking, fishing and game camping, and beef roasting in the evening over a bonfire and booze until daybreak.

Lewis who was the main organizer needed the bachelor party to create new memories and treasure the old ones before the grooms were to embark on his next journey with his bride. The bachelor's party was perfect to bring the groom's closest friends and family members, especially distant cousins together and they bold for the two days of a once-in-a-lifetime trip full of adventures and thrilling new experiences. Lewis contacted most of the guys who would be attending the wedding and were at bridal parties and family and friends and gave them the itinerary of the activities of the day. He had a travel company plan for the cross-country road trip and gave them the contact of the people attending.

They started the day with bungee jumping which was perfect for adventurers seekers and a thrilling way to start the day. The experience of bungee jumping is quite thrilling you climb a tall 100-meter structure have a rope fastened properly at your back by an expert and enjoy the adrenalin when you fall down but even though you don’t touch the ground it’s an adventure of a lifetime. You are only advised not to take a heavy breakfast before you might spit it all out in the process. The group members who had a medical condition or are faint-hearted were advised against it and they went fishing at the river bank which was also a good experience and relaxing too. The second activity was sky diving which is an experience that was to cause thrills and views of the coastline, especially when flying over the ocean and raised adrenaline with the experienced but the amateur was guided by experts and they only had to worry about enjoying the view after jumping from the plane at 12,000 feet while attached in front of an instructor and experience the free fall for about 55 seconds. Before the fall there was a scenic airplane flight above the magical white beaches a 40-second to 1-minute free fall and finally a 5-minute parachute descent with a soft beach landing.

They then took a tourist van ride to the national park where they went to watch the wild animals and the gazelle grazing in the savannah grasslands while they enjoyed the natural beauty of the grassland and freshwater lake which drove through the plateau and isolated thorny bushes. There was a connecting river to the lake and a waterfall was the show-stopper and since the weather was warm and welcoming. The raft ride at the river going downhill was rough for the faint-hearted and some opted out of the adventure instead they went swimming in their bathroom suits at the lake where it was calm and welcoming there were isolated beaches where you could take a swim and relax. There was later a walk in the wilderness at the heart of the great rift valley and it had spectacular scenery including the towering cliffs, water gorges, star rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and the geothermal steam where you could have a warm water bath which was a natural spa and fun. Another group opted for mountain biking, and rock climbing while watching the raptors crawling and enjoying the sunshine.

They then relaxed with a beer at the designed hotel after their late meal lit a bonfire and camping fire and had dinner provided at the camp while enjoying nature in the wilderness since they were sleeping in a camp and there was a stereo with country music which they hip hopped, danced and the one who was already tired because of the day’s activities went to sleep early since they had another day tomorrow full of adventures.

The following morning they awoke and went hiking in the escarpments and the ones who arrived first were rewarded. Except for the great view in the hills and enjoy watching the wind turbines in the area as they were climbing down stopped at a restaurant at lunch hour and had delicious roasted lamb ribs with roasted potatoes and salad and a drink and then boarded the tour vehicle which would deliver them to the next city and everybody would go to their desired destination. The gentlemen left happy and promised to be holding this escapade like this in the future. They had a lot of memories and pictures taken to remember and were delighted they joined the bridal team to enjoy the bachelor’s party. Ken and Jimmy thanked Lewis for organizing the thrilling safari and adventures and he was happy that his efforts were not in vain. He told them that’s why we are brothers you owe me a promise. They hugged and promised to repay with kindness one day.
