Chapter Forty One

Mason's POV

What were this documents? How did they get to the media. Who did this? I took the phone from Derek, prying into it more.

Elena edges over to my side, “Are these true? You really did all these, Mason?”

I shook my head, “How can you actually believe that I'll unalive my own parents. Losing them has been hard on me and yet you think I'll do this? You have to believe me when I say I didn't.”

She looked lost as she gazed at me. I could see the confusion in her eyes. “I don't want to believe this is true but then who could have released this to the press? This is such a huge blow to you. Can you think of anyone who knows about the death of your parents or if possible, anybody around you when they died?” She asked me, her voice low.

“No Elena! My parents burial wasn't all that big because we were in a lot of debts.I built this all up myself. It's as though someone just want me gone at all cost. Like they want my business gone.”
