Chapter Eighty Eight

Elena's POV

I slowly opened my eyes squinting at the brightness of the room but someone stood up to block the sun which made me open my eyes wide easily.

"You need to train so badly. It seems everyone is just against you" were the first words I heard of the so familiar man and my heart skipped a beat then suddenly contrasted as he touched my face leaning towards me.

"I missed you" he whispered, his head resting on mine as my lips parted slightly and everything I felt like saying was taken back with a sob escaping my lips instead as I burst into tears.

"I'm sorry" my lips quivered while he shook his head with a small smile on his tired face.

"It's fine"

I looked around to see the absent Vivian and a question mark seemed to appear on my face.

"What of Vivian?" Hearing this question, he suddenly paused and his eyes flickered around in suprise as if realizing something. He rushed out of the room without answering and I felt scared. Not caring about my situation, I pulled the needle out i
