Mason's POV

“No, that's not what I meant. I was just telling how hectic school was for me today and how I just love being at home.” Vivian said, her voice shaky.

“Are you sure that's what you both were discussing? You kept quiet when I entered unlike all other days. Are you sure you both weren't gossiping about me?” I asked as I walked to the dining table. “And why are you guys just eating dinner?”

“Nothing. I didn't have appetite earlier and that's why I didn't eat. How did it go? Any luck with it?” Elena asked, getting up from the table.

I nodded and walked towards her. “Why are you standing already? Sit down and finish your food. Don't mind me at all. I just came home regarding what you said before you left. There is progress though. We've managed to stop the main data where it seems to be coming from and Dominic is tracking the blogger.”

“Don't you think you should involve the police? I feel they'll make the investigation more easier?” She asked, worry evident in her face.
