“Stay focused.” One of the judges said to Allison and she sighed deeply to calm her nerves.

“For your audition challenge,” the head of judges announces, “you will have one hour to sketch a quick design inspired by a theme that will be revealed now.” She stated.

A massive digital screen lit up the design studio, and revealed the theme - “Rebirth Through Fashion.”

Upon seeing the theme on the screen, her eyes lit up with understanding, she knew she had a unique perspective to offer. She felt a surge of emotions, her past struggles and the pain she overcame all flashed before her.
