Chapter Eight

The voice felt so familiar to Allison. She recognizes the voice that has a lot of effects on her. She looked back over her shoulders, and her gaze met the man approaching her, her heart skipped a beat.

It was the man from the previous night. This man was doing things to her, things she couldn't even explain. His hazel-green eyes were as deep as the abyss, laced with a killing intent.

How could he be here? Was it a coincidence, or was she being stalked by him? She hated the idea of being stalked or followed by anyone.

“You've been caught trying to hit the same woman twice in less than twenty-four hours. What wrong has she committed against you?” Tristan asked, his voice firm and unwavering, as his gaze darted from Allison to Charles.

“You have no right to question my actions. Who do you think you are to always meddle in my business?” Charles yelled, his voice dripping with disdain.

Tristan smirked, “I'm someone you don't even wanna mess with.”

“I have no business with you anyway,”
