Melissa

Alan was at the gate again when Freya and I got outside after school, and I couldn’t help but roll my eyes at him. I still didn’t know the reason for his frequent visit to the school, but there was still no way I could confront him because of it. From a good view, it looked like he was looking out for Freya and I, like he didn’t want us stressing to walk back home, but from the bad view, it looked like he was being possessive towards me. And Melissa Ravenclaw hated when anyone saw her as a property.

Freya giggled like a child when she saw Alan and without saying a word, slipped into the car, as if she couldn’t bear to walk today and was grateful that he came. I, on the other hand, kept a straight face until I got to the passenger door of the car. Then I halted to look at him.
